I know it was you who voted for me, Darque. No point in denying it now.

Well, that sucks man. But as things are, I don't think there will be a session at all...- T.O.M.B.S, vol 2
Yeah. And chicks love the bad boy attitude. Or so I'm told, anyway...- Moderator Elections
Heh. Sorry about that, but you can't compete with the kind of emotional response triggered by JK5.- Vampire Game
Oh. Well, that's nice and all. But you are not alone in the game, you know. For while you were going about your business on your own for your own reasons that Ender approved of, other people were sitting on their hands for about half the freaking session. So no, Baley, sorry but I'm not going to "bugger off". And at any rate, my point about Val getting killed with Kaftan away is still perfectly valid, Ender approves or not. Please, if that is what you intend to do in future sessions, be so kind as to state it beforehand so the rest of us don't have to wait idly in the channel for as long as you desire, waiting for you to come up with a reason to play with the rest of players.- Vampire Game
That's funny. I wonder why would you take a character whose player is absent as backup when there were other players present that could have provided said backup anyway. It would have been a real barrel of laughs if Val had been killed in combat while Ender was controlling her. I doubt Kaftan would be amused, though. Good work.- Vampire Game
I thought Val was in "absent player limbo". I doubt it.- Moderator Elections

Uh... what? I have read that you guys didn't play last friday, but Ender hasn't said anything about tomorrow's session. Or has he?- Moderator Elections

- BG Tutu Question
I installed BG1Tutu without having TotSC at first (couldn't find my disk) and it ran just fine. I only needed to put some file in the override directory, but that was perfectly explained in the instructions. In fact, I had many more problems trying to update the installation when I found my TotSC disk. I believe the problems caused by not having TotSC have been solved in v4.- Moderator Elections
Yeah, Nurbs would be THE candidate for the "storyline discussion" forum. Damn shame they shut it down. Oh well...- Moderator Elections
You don't want to go around making that sort of comments if you want to win this "election". "- Moderator Elections
A poll in which I can vote for myself? Not that I was going to, anyway. I didn't know we need more mods, to be honest.- BG Tutu Question
Uh, well, yes. Specifically, you need BG1, BG2, and the latest patches for both. TotSC and ToB are recommended but not necessary, too. But I assumed he was asking just about the downloads, anyway. And what it does is run the BG1 content on the improved IE used by SoA, thus allowing for higher resolutions (as high as SoA normally allows for), and the extended rules of that game, thus allowing you to start the game as, say, a half-orc kensai.- so how's business?
Whoa! What was that, Hades? Oh, right. It's just you flip flopping. Carry on, then.- Brain Worms
- BG Tutu Question
Yes, you can. It's designed for that. In fact, when you kill Sarevok, Tutu generates a "transition save" that automatically starts the SoA content once you uninstall Tutu and load said savegame. You don't even need to export. And to run Tutu all you need is BG1Tutu. It's highly recommended that you download the BG1Tutu fixpack, too, and follow the instructions from the website, as the ones included in the package readme are missing some critical steps. All other downloads are optional. Also, as Tutu is WeiDU based, I recommend that you choose which components you want to install when prompted, instead of installing them all, as not all of them may interest you. I got some weird errors the first times and it took me a while to get it working, but it definitely does. And if you're thinking of replaying BG1, it's the best way to do it.- Favorite Game Villan
