I started playing this f2p Marvel Heroes game, and it is actually pretty great. It as a solid action RPG and it has a ton of Marvel comics stuff in it.

How are they going to do a 3rd Hobbit if we are already seeing the Dragon?

Getting the RV prepped for our summer trip. We leave on Thursday, and we'll be hitting a few parks in Utah. I'll probably make a thread about it.

The appropriate reaction is probably exactly what is happening, in that the NSA is getting called out on their data trove. After numerous false starts and complaints, I trudged through DA2 last year. I enjoy the universe, but I almost gave it up after DA2. Since alanschu has guaranteed it will be better, I'll be picking up DA3. If it's bad I'll drive north and toilet paper his house. I've never got around to finishing The Witcher, so I will probably wait on TW3. I have no idea why it doesn't keep my interest, I've played to act 2 twice and then stopped. I voted they will both suck because this thread was entirely too positive

Dance with Dragons was worth it for me because of Arya Stark. But yeah, I hope the next book is a lot more focused and productive.

You are making the assumption here that innocence is a valid defense.I'm not sure if modern governments can be trusted to care about such nuances. Defense against what? Look at all the crud the IRS is dealing with now that it came to light that they targeted Tea Party activists. We clearly need to stay on top of government agencies to make sure they aren't abusing their power, but the citizenship still has a lot of ability to do so.

Throw in some editing and you have the vast majority of today's TV content. I'm not saying I don't want privacy, but I will say this. My life is simply not remarkable enough to warrant the attention. If the government is watching me, it is simply a waste of time and resources.

Yeah I'd put Martin in my top 10 fantasy writers. They are clearly not to Drowsy's tastes, but you can't ignore the fact that these books were immensely popular even before the show came out. How many fantasy writers even get their stuff put on film? Although I will say, much like Robert Jordan, his pacing is getting a bit torturous in the last couple books. No new settings or characters, please, just deal with the gigantic set you have.

I know that saying this is shocking in 2013, but yes, most men (and a few women) enjoy watching attractive female characters, and it's not a freaking crime, we shouldn't have to be aplogetic about it. Oh I agree with that, and I've even pointed out a bunch of games where titillation is an integral part of the game design. But these are my two concerns with Dragon's Crown: 1. It's an action RPG. It is one thing to make the characters attractive, it is another to make them a distraction. Instead of talking about story or gameplay, we are talking about boobs. 2. Do most men an a few women really find these art assets attractive? Maybe we should create a poll, because I'd say no. It may be a matter of opinion, but I know if I showed this to my wife and said "We should play this co-op!" she would scoff and leave the room. I don't know a single woman that would react differently. And honestly I don't know many men that wouldn't simply laugh at it and pass it over.

Really? I find Daredevil and that one with his wife unwatchable. I generally enjoy even the bad comic book movies too, like every Punisher.

What type of wood is Wals dumber than? I mean Redwoods are ancient and all knowing, so we are all dumb compared to those. Also, what is the grain of the wood? I'd say Wals is above bamboo, but not quite up to Yew.

You know what is crazy? Sometimes I'm reading the books and I think, wow, the Robert Baratheon rebellion was the story with the good ending where everyone lives happily ever after. Martin decided to take us past happily ever after and drop us in the worst #$%@ ever.

Hmm...You might be on to something. I definitely felt a bit like that after the last book. Having the rest of the world slowly catch up on all these messed up storylines is actually pretty awesome to watch.

My big breasted question is does the cleavage add anything positive to the game? I mean a game like Leisure Suit Larry revolves around them, so it makes sense in the setting. Dead or Alive Beach Volleyball is pretty much relying on boobs, it's not like fully clothed volleyball games sell well. This Dragon's Crown game seems to be a simple Action RPG. Now the negative publicity might be an actual boon to the game, I probably never would have noticed it if not for threads and articles like these. In that regard it reminds me of Postal, a mediocre game elevated because of negative attention seeking. I don't have a problem with games like these existing, but lets not act like they are art
