I'll have to pick up that Seals book. They are still pretty legendary in these parts.

I just got finished talking with my daughter who is gushing about this game she wants to play. Let us know if u finish it and how it is please I'm not sure if I will ever really "finish" it. I'm about 10 hours in and there is a whole lot of ocean left to explore. I just built my first sub to go along with my base. I highly recommend it. You can really go at your own pace and play it slow and easy or push deeper into the depths.

I wish I could play it without the monsters Yeah I got eaten by some big scary face thing earlier and I was super ticked about the resources I lost. But usually it's my own fault when I die.

I made my first sea base in Subnautica, a quaint series of tubes hanging above a kelp forest. This game is much more than I expected it to be. The story aspects are really quite good.

Really depends on the Union. Just like the government, the larger they are, the more useless they are for the average person. The disparities I've seen just in teacher's unions is crazy.

Had a nice swim this morning. I haven't really done regular lap swimming since I was a kid, so it has been interesting getting back into the routine. After a month I've got my front crawl back in shape somewhat, so I can hopefully do that this summer in the triathlon. I put in 1800 meters in about 40 minutes, so my pacing is coming along. It's an interesting crowd at 6 AM in the morning, a mix of high schoolers and tech company guys. Other than asking to split lanes, I've managed to avoid communication for the most part. Wetsuit shopping is next on the agenda.

I haven't played a load of survival games, but Sub-Nautica is the best of the ones I've played. It has a decent narrative to push you along and give you a sense of story. It is pretty simple when it comes to gameplay but also has a lot of options. It is also a remarkable place to explore. Definitely worth my $20 at this point.

Pretty weird industry where a small developer like Obsidian manages more projects at once than a massive one like Bioware. I get that the scales are different, but it sure seems like bad business to be all in like that. Do movie studios do this?

Looks like it is the same group that handled the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies. I guess that fits, at least the Pig Cops will look good. It really would work best as an absurd comedy.

John Cena did some pretty bad movies for WWE, but he does seem to do well in comedies. Probably will have more to do with the screenplay and director than anything else. He fits the mold.

Independent, strong and powerful people need to be able to take a joke as they are in a spotlight. Comes with the territory and I think women are perfectly able to take it. No need for white knights to protect them. Do you notice how you keep speaking for women and saying what they need? Do you feel that is a good quality? edit: As for the white knight stuff, I suppose I am tilting at windmills.

Fake news. Obsidian has never released a game with bugs ever. I have been playing Fallout 2 lately, that game is a buggy mess. Still can't stop playing!

Hm, it's not hard to see what she was getting at, she should have said 'respected the same as' though to be totally clear on her intent. Also probably be nice if women had a powerful lobby group that fought for their rights in Washington, and if the same people that freak out about their guns being grabbed also freaked out about women's hoohah's being grabbed.Huh? But women are independent, strong and powerful. Why would they need some lobby? Considering you have posted multiple 'jokes' recently that treat women like objects, clearly they still have a ways to go for independence, strength and power.
