You've got to admit it is a baller move to throw out links to ancient forum posts, though.

I was dragging a bit during my prep period, but I decided to throw on my running shoes and hit the track. Students were doing 400's, so I decided to see how many I could keep pace with or pass during a little 5k workout. I ended up getting my personal best mile time of 6:20 and clocked a solid 23:11 for the 5k. I feel a lot better now.

That's what they made handhelds for. Neck and eye strain, old boy.
