  1. Pablo Sandoval also pitched a perfect inning.
  2. We used to make that once a week too, but salmon prices are no joke.
  3. Went on my first 50 mile bike ride today. It was great, but I hit mile 40 and definitely started to drag. Plus I am not sure how people run a half marathon as afterwards, but I have a few months to figure it out.
  4. It's Oroweat for me, Potato or buttermilk. I can't imagine eating Wonderbread anymore.
  5. The real key there is that the definition has become broader. I still see plenty of kids going through my classroom that are undiagnosed though.
  6. I like that they think one person at a time means it won't become some sort of terrible sex closet.
  7. Patty Marleau tallied two goals, but it wasn't enough to keep the Leafs alive. He has 70 goals in the playoffs at this point, many of them huge. I know I am biased, but I think he has slowly worked his way into solid HoF contention.
  8. The good old days of public education. http://www.richmond.com/discover-richmond/happy-slaves-the-peculiar-story-of-three-virginia-school-textbooks/article_47e79d49-eac8-575d-ac9d-1c6fce52328f.html
  9. We already got System Shock when we got the new Prey. Which means we are just waiting for a decent game where Native American mythology clashed with alien invaders.
  10. Still pretty shiny.
  11. I'm not a fan of Vampires.
  12. Never heard of it.
  13. You've got to admit it is a baller move to throw out links to ancient forum posts, though.
  14. I was dragging a bit during my prep period, but I decided to throw on my running shoes and hit the track. Students were doing 400's, so I decided to see how many I could keep pace with or pass during a little 5k workout. I ended up getting my personal best mile time of 6:20 and clocked a solid 23:11 for the 5k. I feel a lot better now.
  15. That's what they made handhelds for. Neck and eye strain, old boy.
  16. I don't know, Tom Hardy is a pretty dang good actor. It might not be great, but he will probably keep it in the watchable territory.
  17. I wish I could be addicted, but my back and knees can't take sitting at the computer for long stretches of time anymore. Old age and all that.
  18. Seems a bit strange that you would buy a game based on a horrid game. That being said, Syndicate was a groundbreaking title for its time. I imagine Sonic played it long after, so take that for what its worth.
  19. Millions of fans? Try to remember that PoE only managed 80k in terms of pledges. That means it is pretty unlikely that millions are crying out for isometric games versus the next action fest. The numbers do not support that.
  20. I don't see why they'd run back to Shadowrun immediately? At least one expansion is likely I think. Sure. I didn't say they would not stay with Battletech for awhile. But they are a pretty small studio, so I imagine they keep the bulk of their staff on one project at a time.
  21. I expect HBS to get back to Shadowrun after Battletech. They still have a lot of content they can hit from the game.
  22. RV is better, you aren't stuck in one place.
  23. "So dark...are you sure your not from the DC Universe?"
  24. Are there a lot of classical Greek statues hanging out in public parks?
