that merchant on Onderon really cracked me up! but favorite would be Kreia .. perfect match for the character! sufficiently dark and mysterious and hurt, yet with a light touch .. Visa and Handmaiden were seductive allright! and the others were fine and suited their characters well, not great, but ceartinly not bad! and while I love HK-47's morbid remarks I absolutley loathe his "Statement:" .. (his definition of 'love' is one of my favorite game quotes) I didn't like Bao-dur all that much, he sounded way too artificial for me .. nor the Jedi Masters (except for Vrook he was cool)

lol this was hilarious!.. most of my glitches were somewhat minor .. but I had that HanHarr "force choke" too .. also a couple of conversations with characters that would teleport around and into different room (an walls) while still talking to me ..

and what do you say to the men who has suffered from anorexia and have been ignored because 'real men' don't have that sort of illness!? (that's condescending both genders) and refused medical aid? I don't know where you live but that doesn't happen here to either genders or any race or any religion.. and I have heard that quite a few men are starting to have silicon implants as well, because it's apparently society wish for men to be more muscular! and men feel the same pressure of beauty and/or standards.. trust me! I was once called a homosexual because I didn't want to sleep with a girl .. and I was called that by a former female friend .. so guys are expected to f*** anything and everyone when we have the chance? tell me that's not demeaning my sexuality! please .. and if women receive a lower paycheque she need only complain to the government and I guarantee you that the company will recieve heavy fines! and the woman in question will be compensated fully! (at least in Denmark) and no one is refused either medical aid or any kind of prescription simply because of religious convictions! where does that happen?? I have worked under more female bosses than male in my time .. and no one I know has ever questioned their authority! and in many cases companies here are hiring female executives because they are better at controlling groups and keeping them content .. the only women I know still complaining are the incompetent ones .. who can't get a job because they aren't good enough for it .. it's so easy to blame everyone else .. especially society! people here are rewarded for taking action and responsibility! and I guarantee you that most women here are ceartinly doing that! and they are getting their share of good jobs! 20 years ago .. yes! .. today - no way! edit: okay just to clarify .. I know that in some places women are being treated extremely poor! and I utterly despise that!! In my mind men and women are equals, and that (seems) to be the case for my countrymen as well .. since it is not a big issue where I live .. of course from time to time women are treated badly here, but so are men .. so therefore it doesn't seem as big an issue for me as other things! but I just want to say that I am, of course, sympathetic to any problems other countries have with this, and my hope is that such idiotic notions will soon be abandoned both in genders, races, religions and so on!

but no none has a problem with men being portrayed just as bad? isn't that bordering hypocrisy? women in western countries have achieved equality!! I'm getting so tired of this feminine-equal-rights-battle, since it's only a problem when womens rights are being offended .. it's like racims in my country, it has even become offensive to adress people as 'immigrants' or in their nationality (like English/Turks what-ever) instead of "new danish" .. I just hate hypocrisy!!

*major Spoiler* well males aren't exactly the best either .. Atton is a murderer, who has killed countless people/jedi! Bao-Dur destroyed an entire planet also killing countless civilians and what have you! Nihilus, which is a male, destroyed an entire planet, sucking the life out of everyone .. and Sion is a psyhotic killing machine devoured with vengance .. and the Exile counts as all above, as male and DS .. So all men are hereby projected as murderous scumbags?

you guys should really think about the fact that you are midly spoiling the game for others! this is general discussion ..

I had some strange bugs .. people turning around at wierd moments and looking away in a conversation (clearly not meant to) some people disappearing during conversation and then spawning inside a wall later (my self for instance).. camera inside the head of some talking sometimes it would fastforward over some parts of the conversations, so I couldn't read or hear what they said .. and it crashed to desktop 6-7 times during the entire game .. and it corrupted a few save games as well, bringing me back almost 4 hours one time .. so I'm one of those who got all the bad bugs I gues ..

hehe .. yeah I was really getting beaten as her too! but luckily I had some good shields and alot of Medpacs.. and then it felt almost ridiculously easy when I was the Exile again .. I felt like Sir Lancelot in 'Monty Pythons Quest for The Holy Grail', where he kills all those wedding guests!

KOTOR1 already had a much too high power level.. I would say: shave off 10-15 levels .. it's ridiculous to imagine a lvl 25-30 Jedi running around, at that level he should be able to 'force kill' the universe!! :ph34r: .. I slaughtered everyone with force lightning as my Jedi Master .. and without ever breaking a sweat (force points speaking)! I mean taking down 10+ opponents around you in 10 seconds (or less) seems a bit extreme .. and then you have 3 people able to do it!!

no problems with playing all the others .. but the part with Bao Durs remote was really annoying!

I was also absolutely thrilled for the first 2/3 of the game .. then it felt quite rushed! but I still think it's a great game .. and I have no problem with the story, which imo made perfect sense! but it's definitely not a game for those who don't like to read! :D I don't think I have spent so much time thinking about dialouge (and just reading carefully) as in this game ..

I don't think that's possible .. but you can cheat using the console .. and simply add the items!?

(if you mean a FULL list like step by step leave a message and I'll try to get around to it). The only one I could get to work was Bao-dur and Diciple (because I haven't tried female yet).. so that's not necessary! but thanks anyway! I partially meant it so that others could see it, and I could see if I missed someone ..

Now I didn't get around to training anyone in my first game .. but is it possible to train more than one? or if you choose, say, Atton, then you are 'stuck' with him being a jedi?

I *just* finished the game .. and damn that's alot of information! I mean I feel like I have just read a 1500 page book in 5 hours .. (have been playing non-stop, only stopping to sleep and eat, since friday night) I think there are some parts of the game that are clearly under-developed .. but at least the story made perfect sense to me! (at least I think so) :ph34r: "7. After viewing the holocron, I was pretty excited to find out what this mysterious reason for being cut from the force was! Sadly...I never really did find out, well it seems it was because of the devastation at malachor, it was the severing link....the so called wound...maybe its just too obivous, I was expecting a big suprise like in KotoR I with the revelaing of who Revan was..." The reason why you loose your connection to the force is because you chose too .. you were able to make force bonds quicker and better than anyone .. and you had alot of connections to people under your command at Malachor V, when they all died their death and pain was shared by you through the bond .. and while such a thing would kill any normal person, you were able to sever the connection to the force on your own, and thereby stay alive .. but it left a wound in the force, which presented a threat to the remaining Jedi .. but it really bothered me that the game went extremely fast towards the end .. My last planet was Nar Shadda, so I got alot of the characters late .. and I only had the option of training Atton (when he was level 21 already) so I skipped that, since I wanted to train Handmaiden, but I never got enough influence over her! and I never scored any of the girls .. and then all of a sudden it was too late, and I was left without a date or an apprentice! :'( so I can understand why my Exile choose solitude again ... hehe But I really respect the depth of this game .. and the minor issues I have are easily dwarfed when I think of how many times I went "WOW!" (I love moral predicaments) ..

a good space sim game .. something like Freespace 1, where alot of missions were taking place and players advance through the grades of the military, and in the end, if they accept, they can become battle commanders .. where they will guide and plan battles! but not participate .. and then have HUGE battles, with huge capital ships, smaller corvettes/destroyers etc and hundred of fighters .. all controlled by the players! and I choose Freespace 1 because it could be about the beginning of the Human-Vasudan war .. and then it could evovle into Freespace 2 and players on each opposite side (Human/Vasudan) would have to team together against the new (computer controlled?) super enemy (The Shivans) .. or be destroyed if they don't .. THAT would be awesome!! :D

play Europa Universalis II ! it covers European history from around 1400 to 1820 .. but of course combat sucks compared to Total war .. since you have absolutely no control over it! "Does anyone know much about the Russian Empire? I figure with as big an empire as they had going on there's gotta be a good story there" it wasn't 'Russia' until late in the 14th century when the state of Muscovy (under Ivan The Terrible) was able to defeat the Mongols who partially controlled the country and then annex all of his immediate neighbours, giving birth to the nation.. Russian history is quite exciting! but I couldn't really imagine it as a Total war scenario .. on a sidenote this looks like an interesting game .. battles like Rome Total war .. but playing as different ancient cultures and heroes like Julius and Alexander (and in the middle of battle zooming down and controlling your hero in 3rd person and killing enemies yourself)

well Germany was actually close to developing a nuclear weapon! .. so if USA hadn't interfered, Germany would have developed better rockets and eventually would have nuked them.. Hitler already had several teams working on a way to deliever bombs to the US east coast .. But I think America did act in partial self interest! I mean they would benefit alot from saving Europe! .. and they did .. strenghtening the bond, which had suffered a little after WW1, with Europe (and particular England) gave them a good deal of contracts, and when they helped to rebuild west Germany (which also paid off in the end) they had themselves a pack of strong friends who would follow their lead for a good time to come .. allowing them to literally control most of the world .. albeit through politics and diplomacy! but still .. and thus the cold war began ... because Russia did the same thing, although they controlled their 'friends' with guns!

Well it covered Japan, and some of it's feudal history .. why not some of ancient China? the only reason Japan was interesting was because of Samurais! I don't think most people knew of, or were particulary interested in, Japanese history .. now that it's an established series I don't think it really matter what time period they do .. I would however (as mentioned before) prefer an Egyptian game, or other ancient cultures! or a Chinese .. it would be pretty neat to follow in the footstep of Qin Shi Huang and unite China (hopefully for a little longer than he was able to) or something similar ..
