  1. he was probably hoping that you had marked we you were going so he could track you down and rape you in a dark alley! those Sk
  2. For some people this could probably prove a pretty good thing.. severly handicapped or mentally ill people (who needs love, but is generally on the less recieving end)! this of course leads to the moral question of it being ok to brush away this particular problem by giving these individuals artificial "soulmates"... I don't believe however that it's a good idea for "normal" people to indulgence in deep love commitments with these kind of surrogates .. we are already going towards a society that customizes life in every detail! I still wanna be a romantic on this issue!
  3. Especially the "Jysk" version of English ... shivers run down my spine whenever I hear it.. but then any kind of Danish accent in English sounds horrific to me...
  4. another friend of mine was skiing about the same time in Norway.. he broke both his legs several placs and totally wrecked one of his knees! he was told he'll be lucky if he can walk within the next year! and 3 Danes died this week in Norway.. hmm.. maybe we should stay in our element.. flat ground!
  5. Hello and welcome ..
  6. I'm not particularly proud of it!! In fact I'm pretty sad that I was that weak .. but it involved a rather large amount of alcohol! a pissed Dane and a pretty bad attitude = "**** you, **** me and **** the world" this combined makes a bad combo .. but I was in The Chezch Republic at the time, which just made it worse (since alcohol is extremely cheap there). I decided, with a very poor sense judgment I might add, that now was the time to drink until I could drink no more.. and drink Absinth! nedless to say I drank a little too much .. and although I was never declared officially dead (which allows you all to question my previoius statement) I did turn white, blue, cold, stiff and had no pulse.. the guys I was drinking with decided that they would try to revive me themselves before the ambulance arived.. by beating me.. and they succeded! so here I am ... 4 years later and hopefully the wiser ... now I only risk my life through stupid decisions! ^_^ "
  7. Long Island Ice Tea or Sydney Ice tea
  8. The funny thing is, I feel more frigthened by the whole experiance when I talk about it! (and see peoples reactions) I guess the seriousness of the whole ordeal haven't dawned on me yet! but then I realize that I feel humbled and not frigthened, I think I faced my frailty rather than my mortality... and yeah I still have my bruises.. but painkillers are taking care of that! and within a week or so I be as good as "new".. But I did die once, but that's another story for another time! glad to hear you other guys made it clear as well! otherwise this board would be alot more silent.
  9. that is true however.. I was carried away ..
  10. I'm without a scratch now ..
  11. have any of you tried that?? the most insane thing just happened to me last tuesday, I was skiing in Norway when I suddenly saw a rather bigh jump and decided to test myself .. which was a pretty bad idea! I flew 5 meters up in the air and landed with 50 miles/hour flat on my back ... I was tore apart! I suffered extensive internal hemorrhaging! my muscles down my spine was shredded and so was my abdominal muscles.. in fact anything soft in the region from my neck to my lower back was bleeding.. except anything really important.. Nothing was broken and no important organs were even slightly injured! and even though the doctors was extremely worried, all the bleeding had mostly subsided within 3 days... and I was able to stand up just 4 days after the accident! now over a week and a half later I only feel slight pain.. and I can walk again without any problems! I'm sorry if this doesn't interest you.. but I was inches away from death and walked away without as much as a scar to show for it! and I wanted to share the fact that luck ceartinly seems to exsist! so be alive and be glad.. who knows if you run out of luck one of these days!?
  12. I'm not going to attack you just for stating your opinion, don't worry.. I'm not one of those people who can't stand critisizm! but, I can see what you mean .. to me it's just more than the filters and how it's done.. I've seen people taking pictures of beetles or rocks and I still enjoyed the motive or the simple fact that it was black and white.. these pictures are not great motives and not greatly edited, but they still mean something to me, which was why I added them ..
  13. true Moose .. you are entitled to your opinion! and I'm glad you'r being honest.. but as I said (I would never claim to be any good at it) :"> but what makes them bad? are they too simple? to answer the colourblind question: I can't really see colours .. it's not like everything is black and white .. for example, green becomes blue/yellow/brown -you name it- as soon as the light changes even the sligthest! so Autumn is a very interesting season! I've only used some filters Lare Kikkeli, true .. but I still tried to make something more than simply use the "charcoal effect" .. unfortunately that didn't come through? and Laozi, I'm glad to offer my services! well ask and you shall recieve! -> and here are some of my other avatars.. and my current in a bigger format thank you all for replying.. I'm glad the majority finds the images interesting!
  14. now, I've seen alot of you guys post your art on this forum from time to time .. so, in the spirit of sharing, I thought I would post some of my work .. I would never claim to be any good at it .. but being colourblind (and quite severly) I'm quite curious to see if it interferes or adds to my pictures.. so tell me what you think of it .. *I like simplicity, so most of my images and photographs (which are all edited here) are often quite straightforward! and of course the black/white pictures are that way on purpose ^_^ hope you enjoy! - Rosbjerg
  15. sshh!! we don't speak his name!! he is refered to as "you-know-who"
  16. funny you should say that.. while I didn't see it on LSD I had the feeling all through the film that it would make alot more sense IF I was on it! :D I still thought it was good though! in my case it's Waking Life .. I've only meet a handful who've seen it, and only a selected few of those even enjoyed it... I think it's one of the best films I've seen! sadly 80% of the movies made on this planet are so blatantly predictable and utterly boring that I crave for anything considered, even slightly, "wierd" .. and only a small procentage of those film are actually worth seeing (guess I'm hard to please on this point)... But generally I love (even though it's a big word for movies) anything Charlie Kaufman produces! that man has the greatest subtle (or not so subtle) humor! although I have no idea how liked his movies are... but most of them are rather peculiar...
  17. oh yeah... well in that case it perfectly ok! so is bruning someone because you think shes a witch! remember, they did it all through the dark ages! yeah it is sick .. the legal age (for having sex) is 18 in USA? it's 15 here, guess we are a horny nation then...
  18. He probably heard there was a porn model playing on the Unreal Server.. and she would award the winner with a hot steaming night! "
  19. ah yes... well at least it keeps him off the streets right...
  20. A state where the goverment makes all of the decisions on behalf of the citizens, and those who don't agree are either traitors/terrorist/rebels/"what-ever-name-generates-the-most-hate" .. and these are dealt with .. killed/deported etc... usually without the general public knowing about it! and "enemies" are dealt with "for the saftey of the public".. The Patriot act, which allows say the FBI to tap your phone and not tell your for months... they can look into your bankaccounts and other personal files as long as you are suspected of assisting terrorist (kinda like giving a beggar a dollar and suddenly you are supporting domestic terrorism?) .. who knows how far they can go in their "he's supporting terror"?? (to be extreme) It always starts in the small you know .. Hitler was even elected in a democratic election, and soon after freedom of speech and countless other liberties was revoked.. and people loved him, because he brought them "security".. The American public is a afraid of terror.. and the more afraid and insecure you feel the more you are willing to sacrifice to feel safe! I agree with you, that you are not close yet, but it'll only take a nudge and you'll soon be beyond the point of no return imo!!
  21. Hey! your portuguese, you are like the last person on Earth who should be pointing fingers!! hmph .. portuguese... <_< (draws a silly picture of your prophet Afonso I)
  22. America is already close to being called a policestate in my book.. and as you say it won't be long until it's a true totalitarian state... But probably only for a generation or two, then the population will rebel .. countless millions around the world will die .. and voila a Renaissance!

I guess you and I will never agree on this particular subject then... and I now understand that if you ever come to Denmark, I would have to find some very different kind of entertainment than I thought... oh well, shouldn't prove that much of a challenge...
