  1. problem is .. if s/he (a big problem there already) had showed up I can almost guarantee you that you would've been disappointed.. what face should s/he have? voice .. etc etc etc .. it would conflict with your imagination in one way or another!
  2. After which no other games would be necessary or possible, thus killing the industry off. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yes.. but you wouldn't need any other game so then why have an industry? and of course my game would only cost you your soul..
  3. I would create the ultimate game ..
  4. I love the Total War series ... LOVE! ... my absolute favorite games ever!! (w00t)
  5. in honesty .. what doesn't?
  6. yeah I treat my employees like **** as well .. so I guess that's not an unfair comparison! ^_^ to GOA .. it's a bit hard at first since there's a lot of info to digest .. after about 2-3 hours though you'll be doing pretty good.. but after 10+ hours it gets pretty repetitive.. but all in all a good game!
  7. Lou Gutman trancends any sexual concept .. it is impossible for mere mortals to box him in with concepts such as "gay" or "straight" .. he is simply "Lou"
  8. when I realized I had just finished it .. and saw all my friends, family and my life in general .. had slipped away as the game distracted me from reality .. only to wake up at an psychiatric institution and realize it was all a dream and that I had.. in fact .. never played KOTOR .. that was bummer, since I really liked the game ... .. seriously though... .. The ending of KOTOR2 was really really disappointing for me .. it felt like such a rushjob! the game had been really interesting up until this point, the way it questioned the morality within the SW universe felt really innovative (even though the grey angle is used alot).. but it was clear that they had intended so much more and to see how it just fell apart in front of your eyes was really sad ..
  9. Bad guys are to evil to strip down and change clothes .. even if it is completely identical ... but how many "+5 to all attributes" suits can you possibly own? I mean even though they usually rule most of the known universe, these items doesn't exactly come a dime a dozen you know...
  10. I must admit I'm pretty weak .. I only make what the public demands .. it's all about the moolah!! and staying on the charts...
  11. awww... ^_^
  12. I think it comes down to the fact that we would all like to see some more "reality" in our RPGs .. while not copying our world it does need to attach itself with values we understand - example: like if you rise in status you no longer get sent on stupid errand boy mission (like you said Gabriel172) - unless of course the King asks you to fetch a some ancient relic for him or something like that .. -- I would like to see a more realistic Strategy game where you control every aspect of the game.. like a cross between Civilization IV and Galactic Civilization II (only much much deeper and complex).. building your home planet up (destroying all other life on it if you please) and then conquer the galaxy or whatever .. but perhaps with a higher emphasis on culture and moral values etc that would play into how intelligent life reacts to you in the universe.. of course it should be extremely difficult to take over the universe by force, so a heavy emphasis on diplomacy and cunning would also be much appriciated!
  13. I'm playing "The Movies" .. damn that game is addictive!!
  14. maybe it because they never change clothes or bathe? I mean really evil guys always wear the same robes or set of malicious clothes
  15. I would like to see a complete remodelling of SW as a whole .. there are so many unfortunate elements in every movie released .. that just make me flinch, as potential greatness is missed by yet another inch.. it should be darker, but at the same time more nuanced .. I particularly enjoyed the way Palpatine was considerably more human in SW3 (until he turns classic villain).. Sw is all about opposite sides opposing each other Good versus Evil - and how one must choose a side in this eternal battle (though not always a permanent one), what I miss alot is the grey in between .. and not Han Solo grey I mean really twisted grey .. Extremely bad guys who are doing these things for something as pure as love or ultimate peace (kinda like Anakin, but it was badly acted and written).. I guess it want it to be more realistic .. it is such an amazing universe, but unfortunatly it seems GL only have two crayon colours to play with...
  16. if the force is the very energy of life, it would seem quite natural (imho) that using it negatively or tapping in to "anti-life", if you will, causes some effects .. just as Jedis could possibly look younger than they are since they are tapped into the positive..
  17. OMG.. he's promoting!! BURN THE HERETIC!!!! (w00t)
