and here I thought only girls gave each other diet advice! ^_^ my advice would be to focus alot more on training than eating.. to begin with.. when you are starting to loose wieght because of excersise then start eating healthy - 1 you'll experiance a surge of energy - 2 the fat will dissapear faster than you can count calories! just keep training!!!

I think those who haven't posted their pcitures yet are simply too afraid to do so .. (trying simple child psycholohgy here)

How to best use a creative surge .. painting? pictures? poems? posting? possibly a combination .. painting a picture of all the poetic posts I've produced so far.. hmm

What are you thinking now, besides from reading this aloud inside the intricate fabric of your brain? / or what was your most recent thought or memory? Mine was the sound, feeling and smell of rain (my computer fan just sounded like very heavy rain outside a window), which was linked with the memory of talking all night with my best friend .. while a thunderstorm passed by, watching hours fly like raindrops outside..
