Just saw V for Vendetta .. missed the Hype, so I didn't know anything about it! I was positively suprised and I think it's a pretty good film! love how they played with little details ..

I had a long period of lucid dreaming once.. but whenever I lucid dream I always loose interest in a while (companions the creator seeks, I guess ^_^) .. I would much rather let my subconcious mind create the setting, I can fill out the rest ..

it's a really wonderful book .. It was one of the few books that really made me feel with and not just for the character.. but it is as good as you wanna make it, for me it was the right amount of philosophical, since more would've distracted from the story and not too focused on Pi himself, but more on how he saw the world .. which is a much better way of understanding an individual imo .. it's absolutely one of the best books I've read this year!

my dreams are always really funky .. posing a moral dilemma or a situation I'm unused to (etc etc) .. and I'm always "fully" concious - meaning, I think and act much like I assume I would do irl.. these dreams vary from the end of the world (and ranging from several months to maximum a year, in the dream, with almost every day accounted for), to complex emotional or psychological problems (with me or someone close to me) that I have to deal with... or even philosophical problems like the exploration of free will or determenism etc (though these are very rare).. my most occuring dream is the end of the world scenario .. where wars or natural disasters threaten to annihilate everything and then I'm "dropped" down a month or six months before .. and then I talk with my friends, experiance things I've always wanted and just prepare myself for the final departure.. They almost always end with me isolating myself with my thoughts somewhere I feel attached to and ride out the storm (die)... and I wake up feeling extremely peaceful and relaxed..

Either way IMO he has put an creative twist on the "take picture of your reflection" pic. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> only the colours are photoshop .. but the light is simply me placing my fingers in a way that makes the blitz relfect of all my fingertips (instead of into the mirror) .. thus making it seem like my hands are the source of light in the picture..

it's about 80-90 F here (28-30 C), but since Denmark is so humid (and we are used to cold weather) it feels like a tropical country for us ... it rose just above 90 the other day here and then we had a massive thunderstorm which made the humidity skyrocket, but the temperature didn't fall below 75F that night ... and I had to share a bed with someone I was sweating like ... I don't even know what sweats like that...

I apparantly choose (subconciously) to ignore all the flags .. which I really appriciate ^_^.. because when the revelation occured I was totally suprised!

I would be right there with you .. damn if I could play it online or on LAN with my friends .. (getting the chills) but it would really require som inventive thought .. since a great part of it is managing your empire, but it would be extremely boring to watch others do that for hours... and simultaneous turns wouldn't really work either (when you march troops around)..

I've never been much for mods .. they usually cause more problems than they try to fix (imho) ... but they usually do add alot of challenges which can be great if you have mastered the original game! maybe I'll check it out some time.. it does sound interesting - and hard..
