  1. School is over, for the holiday, so now I have 1 month off.. I'll definitely be checking the unofficial COP15 events.
  2. Really? Since there isn't much up there for governments to do, except perhaps find a good spot for the future lunar base, and a lot of people are willing to pay premium money just to fly by it, I think it makes perfect sense.
  3. Wait.. so you're saying that looking at your holiday pictures is different than going on holiday? (sorry, couldn't resist, it was a little too captain-obvious)
  4. It's good he has the tissue paper ready though.
  5. All right everyone - let's make sure that we are discussing the topics rather than the posters! - I think most of the "doubters" simply question whether or not it's man-made, which is a fair question imo .. as long as it doesn't overshadow the fact that the Earth is warming and hinders us in trying to do something/anything to prevent it.
  6. I have downloaded it and ran through all the required steps.. maybe it just didn't install properly? Edit: Yep, that was the problem!
  7. How do you get FS2 to work? I can't find any OpenGl drivers at all..
  8. And a picture of the thing.
  9. 3 minutes in total? I thought Directors cuts were pretty cool until they turned into something that studios actively plan for.
  10. Have to agree with you there.. but the irony is that it probably wouldn't work without such a system (unless the union somehow offered a discount equal to what ever was lost on buying a similar ware, that didn't suffer from whatever they want to prevent).
  11. They are quite amateurish. They should seriously consider giving the job to senior film students, of some Toronto filmschool, and have them direct their cutscenes.. it would be great, it could shoehorn more directing professionalism into the gaming industry and give some selected young students a chance to try out some different medias.
  12. So worried in fact that I'm quite sure they would try everything in their power to stop it.. kinda like the first worker's unions, it would be interesting if it happened, seeing how those unions revolutionized working conditions and fair pay.
  13. Hilarious.. Mine is not so much a funny video as it is an interesting one.. it's an art piece done by a guy name Tobias Zehntner, he's quite famous for his short films - this one is particularly beautiful I think.
  14. May I recommend this little modification it adds more people to the various queues.. it's one of the annoying things about the game, after 40 or so years you'll be running out of people because your stars need 3-5 assistants each - and let's face it, Hollywood isn't exactly known for it's lack of brown-noseing suck-ups.
  15. I found his voice very annoying and while the original AC review was hilarious, this wasn't.. I have to agree with Purkake - dissapointed.
  16. Bought X3 Terran Conflict at a bargain.. now I only need to learn how to play this behemoth! (any mods that I should install right off the bat?)
  17. I really like the Indians, sure they are weird, difficult to understand, prone to unbelievable bureaucracy and can be so confusing that you feel like punching them .. but the average dude usually knows how to simply get **** done without making a big fuss about it!
  18. Divorcee? I thought they stoned women instead in those parts. Well she *did* have a bazooka.. I wouldn't throw stones at a women with rockets.
  19. Read some Philip K D1ck, which I kinda assume you already have. He has some pretty cool.. induced.. ideas as well. Although he mostly tend to theorize on the nature of time. Valis is especially trippy and interesting in this regard. Your word phrasings reminded me of it, which is why I'm mentioning it.
  20. Well if you think every catholic adheres to his commands then there won't be a problem either.. Seeing as adultery and sex before marriage are quite sinful and the only way for a virgin to have AIDS is if their mother had it as they were conceived.
  21. Come to Scandinavia, it's like the new Brazil..
  22. No, it's highly unlikely that any STD will ever destroy the human race. First off, because the actual spreading requires sexual contact and especially since we have quite efficient methods like condoms to prevent the spreading. If AIDS got out of hands it would be quite easy to simply make all future children in a lab as well.
  23. Very interesting indeed, it's a definite bonus that the current acceleration of the universe can be explained, by this new theory, without resorting to invisible matter.. Seems like Dark Matter was the Ether Theory of our time then.
  24. Well you're a pervert, no amount of Christian values will ever change that..
  25. I believe it's more complex than that GD, as Europe is mainly leaning towards central planning and our countries are doing just fine.. I do however believe that this:
