Blizzard Rumor
I'd really look forward to StarCraft 2. It's hands down the best RTS I've played interms of gameplay, creativity and story. Somehow Blizzard hasn't managed to reproduce that level of storytelling in their games which could be why they're hesitant to release it.

I give Sensei's Divining Top a spin at the end of your turn.

NWN2 Screenies
What did you think of Hordes of the Underdark? I really liked the underdark quests - especially the mysterious village.

icewind dale like game
PST seems to be one of those games you love or get bored/frustrated with. Anyway is TOEE worth a whirl if there's not much else to play? How's it before and after its patch? Input please.

NWN2 Screenies
Looking good guys For some reason I always like cosy wooden interiors with a nice fireplace. I just hope my rig can do justice to it (running it on medium).

The President V. The Onion
I think you'd make a bigger statement by burning 1000 pound notes.

Manipulating balance
Isn't that what many amusement park stuff does?

Manipulating balance
Apparently there's a device that affects your balance by sending electrical signals to the inner ear using a headset. You can get people to move in the direction you want because they feel that's the direction they need to go to maintain balance. The game application thing seems fun.

Receiving Flowers...
Guess it's as good a chance as any to get to know them.

Project Entropia
I think the key's to convince the customers that their investments will continue to have value long into the future and possibly appreciate in value. For a lot of MMORPGs you're not sure if they'll still be popular a few years down the line so players could be reluctant to spend big. On the other hand you have things like Magic the Gathering which looks to continue long into the future.

Opera is now free and without adds
I used Opera before I switched over to Firefox because it's supposed to be more secure. With more people using Firefox now it becomes a more attractive target to hack so I'm not sure how they measure up now.

The Scandinavian Flame Thread
Out of Finland, Denmark and Sweden obviously Sweden's the best at football at the moment. However I am partial to Jesper Gronkjaer because he played at Chelsea.

Melissa Theuriau Worshipping Club
The colour of her irises look a little creepy. They look almost yellow Sith-like now that I've spent too much time overanalysing her pics.

So... Christianity, but more specific.
Jesus loved explaining things by parables. In fact he expected his followers to be able to find the meanings behind the parables, which they couldn't always do. I take this as an encouragement to search for meanings in what he said and not to take things at face value. There's a reason Christians are encouraged to read the bible. Personally I feel it's not to be able to memorise and follow everything it sayas, but to search for meaning in the words. The same with life in general - you need to search for your own meaning in life.

Pet Peeves
Uhh...because that uses up more electricity, and thus costs more? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Possibly, but unlikely. The kettle's shared by 5 ppl so it's really popular. I usually have to wait till they're done and emptied its contents into their mug before I refill it for my own use.

Battlebots
What about a katana that pumps flamable liquid with a lighter thrown in? Seriously, if you can spray your oponent and set it on fire the fire'll cling to it and seep into the circuitry eventually.

Pet Peeves

a moment
I'd wouldn't really rate those extra years when I'm in my 80s higher than current gratification - old age isn't exacty highly enjoyable from a biological perspective. The quality of life when you're in you're 20s is probably higher than when you're 70+. Of course, there are external variables like wanting to live together with your family/friends in the future which would tilt things back. From a purely biological perspective I don't think it's that worth it.

Voice recognition love or loathe ?
Sounds likely in the future. Even in single player (multi is a nobrainer - communication with others), you free you up your hands to perform other things - maybe targeting your effects. I think the tech is a bit expensive and maybe not as reliable/accurate to make this feasible but it's only a matter of time I think. In Japan I think they're trying to develop a voice-activated game where you can teach a virtual kid grammar etc. From the description the program chops up your sylables and reproduces them in the character's voice while assigning meaning I'm guessing. Btw Hades, nobody will have to stretch their imagination too far to picture you larping. You should really try out Sailor Moon cosplaying with the pink mace. Screaming FIREBALL FIREBALL FIREBALL. That'll be the end of errant customers.

Pet Peeves
I hate it when the Italian national football team keeps underperforming. Maybe since this coming World Cup nobody's expecting as much from them they can play without pressure.
