2010 FIFA World Cup
It's a potent curse cast on the English national side after a member of the squad slighted a gypsy woman in 1948.

2010 FIFA World Cup
It's not the best football in the world, but it's the biggest show on earth. Nothing even comes close for participation, enthusiasm and TV ratings. Yeah I watched a bit of S. Korea. One goal was a complete defense fail, but they look pretty strong with an integrated side.

2010 FIFA World Cup
You know this does lend a lot of credence to all that talk of a secret Asian match fixing cartel.

2010 FIFA World Cup
Well the US manages to qualify for internationals pretty regularly. There are a lot of takers and no free rides to the world cup.

Fallout: New Vegas
I really really really hope the trusty old raider badlands armour is still in the game, even if it's retextured. I don't want to be trotting around in a vault suit untill I can find whatever passes for the mercenary gear. Its a small thing, I know, but I simply can't use ugly armour, I prefer my skivies.

I shudder to ask, what is the bukake way ?

2010 FIFA World Cup
Yeah maybe handing out those compresses air horns to everyone at the entrance was a mistake.

What you did today
All of which are of miniscule importance, certainly not sufficient to say that Americans circumcise because of medial reasons. European wangs aren't rotting away and falling off in droves, I promise you. Wow. This has moved into entirely inappropriate territory, I'm so proud.

Trackballs
Trackballs are ideal for the workaholic's desk where one foot of clear space is not a regular occurence.

Gulf of Mexico oil leak
How long does it take before the oil particles are no longer poisonous to the wildlife. Assuming they actually get the hole plugged so there isn't a constant resupply.

Gulf of Mexico oil leak
I heard BP shares are down more than 40% since the accident. Anyway the environment will recover, give it 4 or 5 months. Oil spills don't build up polution in the animal population like heavy metal poisioning, it just kills them locally.

What you did today
Infections from what, circumcision ?

What you did today
I don't want to take away from the happy occasion, but it's strange to me alight. I think parents are just worried that their kids will stand out the wrong way in the locker room so it's safer to conform to the norm.

Deus Ex 3
That's not going to be in the game. It's too dated. Reminds me of that scene in the Matrix when the double agent is negotiating the cost of giving up the resistance, he wants to forget everything and be someone famous, someone important like an actor, and agent Smith does 'that can be arranged mr. Reagan.

What you did today
Sounds fair I will never understand the American obsession with foreskin.

After our training match v South Africa I genuinely don't believe we will go through.

Fallout: New Vegas
Well if you don't treat a broken limb bone marrow seeps into the bloodstream and you become septic and die.

Israel
Well we, Europe, have been providing welfare for 3,5 million Palestinians who's economy is non existent due to the Israeli crackdown so it all evens out.

Fallout: New Vegas
It's the monotone tribal armour that looks like it's got a sort of kilt/dress thing going on.

Fallout: New Vegas
If by that you mean 'it appears to look rather lame', then yes. The leather looks ok.

Israel
As the saying goes 'we are not convinced'. She's a crazy old lady, that is all. There is no hidden truth to be unearthed here, move along.

Israel
For some reason this made me laugh out loud. It's the founding Gand Moff of Hamas Sheikh Ahmed Yassin.

Israel
Hamas is not the only player. PLFP, Al Aqsa brigade. Besides, it's more of a rallying call, a show of defiance if you will. It's like when Churchill called for the 'unconditional surrender' of the Third Reich while the outcome was still very much in doubt. Hyperbole is the norm in Arab politics and when the goal is a competition of who can be the most 'hardcore' in standing up to Israel, this is what you get. The call for the destruction of Israel is not an official part of the Hamas political platform. here you go, a wiki page. I direct you to the following quote : The charter's current status within Hamas is unclear. For example, Mousa Abu Marzook, the deputy of the political bureau of Hamas, in 2007 described the charter as "an essentially revolutionary document born of the intolerable conditions under occupation" in 1988. Senior British diplomat and former British ambassador to the UN Sir Jeremy Greenstock stated in early 2009 that the Hamas charter was "drawn up by a Hamas-linked imam some [twenty] years ago and has never been adopted since Hamas was elected as the Palestinian government in 2006". Greenstock also stated that Hamas is not intent on the destruction of Israel http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamas

Israel
That Israel v. Palestine inevitably ends up in trench warfare with nothing but regurgitation of existing prejudice is on us. We discuss things here, so learn how to do it properly. You start from the middle ground, something that everyone can agree on, and then work yourself argument by argument to your standpoint.
