  1. I second this. Actually, only partially. See, I was laughing my head off while actually watching it, but afterwards ideas and images kept creeping into my head and it kept me up the whole night. I agree, it worked very well. They remade it about a dozen times each time it got worse and had a bigger budget. The American version wasn't even the worst one. Maybe when you don't have any money you are forced to sit down and figure out how to make a scratching noise the most scary thing in the world.
  2. Lol, that takes me back.
  3. Tough one, maybe it's just whatever scary movie was showing when you were 14. I'm going to say Mulholland Drive, entirely because reality and self perception crumbling is a very scary prospect.
  4. More grumpy than usual I suppose, apologies.
  5. The magic system is great now ?. I could never get it to work. There are these NPCs scattered around the place that let you change your build, which is a good thing, unfortunately you would have had to have been collecting magic effect cards a long time to even start experimenting with spells. Bad mistake this dependence on finding books and items before you can move your character in the direction you want. The world looks fine even good in places, the combat system is great, everything IN the world is oatmeal with no salt, milk or sugar.
  6. You really are a little attention whore aren't you. Look at me, I'm outrageous while pretending to be serious.
  7. Lower the difficulty a bit and play with a group of 2 or 3, that's what I did.

This is a long time ago yes, some kind of Deal with Khadaffi, which by all accounts worked really well from a foreign policy standpoint.. The Mosad would have made the deal and then made it look like an accident, maybe take a page from their book ?. I mean you do still have nefarious secret government agencies.
  9. I'm not wowed at all personally. Looks like recycled tiles even.
  10. He's slowly but surely turning into Little Richard. I've been a fan since I was a teenager though, seen him live a bunch of times.
  11. Does it really? Is that the deciding factor here? Are there a bunch of guys on the fence who are going to now run to pre-order the game because it has fellatio? Maybe there are, I guess I am disconnected. I'm on the fence, and I'm not swayed. Sex interactions with NPCs are good for a laugh if done right. You know how the porn industry has been accused of influencing how people interact with each other sexually, their expectations etc. young people with limited experience in particular. I wonder if in 20 years a budding romance might start with a heart felt present of 20 ingots of meteorite ore and 50 dead rats.
  12. Games still need more sex, not less, I'll complain when every game is like a Google image search for 'Japanese Twins'
  13. I want something major if I'm even gonna bother. The FO3 DLCs were too small for my tastes, I only got them then they were all available and had fallen considerably in price. You can't seriously mean that there was content there comparable to the full game.
  14. Well I suppose, but there is also the chance that the proverbail train will have left the station and that people will forget about the game, move onto other things. Gotta sell while the getting is good.
  15. It's like selling a car with the doors, windows and everything on the dash optional. Is it a car ?, yes, is it what you wanted - no.
  16. You can call anything 'bonus' including content that feels more like it belonged in the vanilla game. It really pissed me off that Napoleon Total war sold with just about every non standard unit as part of a DLC or special edition. When I get too much of the car salesman vibe I usually back off. it's bad across the board these days though.
  17. You gotta show em who's boss, dogs need one instinctively, and if it's not you it's the dog. That's all the dog whispering I've got for today.
  18. Well alright, I guess I can dig out the game in a months time or so.
  19. No, I guess not. Dog is supposedly quite tasty, but it needs a lot of cooking to tenderize.
  20. I've killed a bunch of insects, who hasn't. I dunno, does that make me racist ?. lol. Mosquito are actively trying to suck your blood, flies carry disease, they kinda have it coming, no ?
  21. When we eat animals they serve a purpose, but putting down a bunch of dogs just because taking proper care of them would present a slight nuisance, that's surely different. Why is this difficult to grasp ?
  22. Yes, it's immoral, but it falls under the category of diplomacy and international relations. Killing furry animals doesn't.
  23. .... from the POV of the Olympics, giving it to China could be considered diplomacy, getting to know one another, all for the greater good. It's harder to put a good face on this.
  24. But this has specifically to do with the games, killing and incarcerating dissidents hasn't
