Such a disappointment of a game, the worst way to lose... That 3/4 lost us the game and it was completely on us that we were scared to shoot. Sadly we were missing the Dobric who got injured at the start of the game.

Germany showed up, but that last bad pass cost you the game. Well at least the "EU" can handle a B-C US team. We have a joke here. This is Angela Merlkel's team. 😄

On to the finals. Again our second half is not good, but I think that it's not impossible to beat the US team (if they win against Germany). We have a good bench, we just need to play with more confidence and concentration in the second half.

I don't know why I wrote all, I meant disproportionately the pro Russian side had died. Either way, I am not defending the Russian side, my original point was that Ukraine is not innocent in this either. Especially with foreign influences stocking the fires.

I mean there being anti-Russian protests in the first place does not paint a good picture. I also find it convenient that the pro-Russian attacked first and subsequently all died. I've seen this exact thing happen before, I have absolutely no trust in the news sources from any side and can see that this war was planned and pushed for. On the one hand I hope it blows up in the face of the forces behind it, but on the other hand I do not because that would be a shortcut to disaster.

Won against Lithuania convincingly, although the last quarter was atrocious and the game was low scoring. All of which has me concerned. The whole time we were leading by 20 I had the feeling it was by 2, I guess one you get burned on milk, you will blow even on yogurt.

The amount of action it has seen is a big contributor, to say nothing about believing UK reports. But I guess we will see if this is a fluke or not. Also I find it pretty funny how much PR the German tanks have been getting lately to counteract the bad press they have received so far. This war is one big commercial, but then again I guess any war is. I'm pretty sure I never said that. I am not on any side in this, but I do not think that Ukraine is innocent in this whole thing either. Poland/Ukraine does not an Europe make.

Ukraine insists that Russia exploded drones in Romania, while Romania insists no such thing happened and on the other hand you have claims from some Russian sources that drones were launched from Estonia. If this whole ****fest doesn't blow up in the world face I think we can count ourselves as lucky.

I doubt it will happen twice. The US is still the favorite by far. The biggest surprise for me was Spain, who knew Canada had it in them.

So in a big upset the USA lost to Lithuania, which makes us losing to Italy actually lucky. We get the easier side of the bracket. Still have to beat Lithuania which is easier said than done.
