What are you Playing Now? - Games don't make you violent, lag does
Sarex replied to Wormerine's topic in Computer and Console
Solasta is shaping up to be a pretty good game. The turned based combat is made palatable by the fact that there are not that many encounters. Although the story and quest are pretty simple so far, which may not be a bad thing for this game. -

That is the next game I'm playing after Solasta. It looks so good. -
Some more restoration of the watch variety. Short form: Long form:

Reached the end of Wall World. Some 10ish hours of playtime, although I will probably go back to get the last two achievements, so a couple of more hours of playtime. Great game, very much recommended. -
Bosch gets a down vote from me. My recommendation if you want to spend the money already is either a Liebherr for the EU manufacturer or from the US Subzero (though I don't know if they have mid range priced models). The new big tech in fridges are the variable speed compressors so take a look if the one you are looking at has that, but the price premium for those is double.

If you want more Infinity Engine games play Pathfinder Kingmaker and WotR.

Got Solasta and Wall World. Very nice of Solasta to just give me the unlocked ability points instead of forcing me to reroll those damn dice. Apart from that didn't get very far yet. Wall World is a sideways Domekeeper but better. The game is 5 bucks and punches above its weight. -
This is another fun channel to watch, he seems to be fairly objective and does some interesting topics.

Yeah... I could not make my self pick most of the choices that were lawful in WotR. I really don't know who shat in their cereal when they decided on those lawful dialogue options. I could not keep my PC in the LG part of the alignment pie. I would like to also, but I am so low energy for games these last couple of years that I have to make myself start playing a game to get in to it. Makes it kind of difficult to do a replay. Hopefully will get to that monk run of WotR.

You are not missing anything I think. It's just the original knight in shining armor concept, which looks good when you are a kid, but when you grow up you, hopefully, figure out that the world doesn't actually work like that. I mean how many people like the Jedi and they are, for all their talk of balance, basically paladins with a lightsaber. I personally play them because the first game (first CRPG game to be exact) I played as kid was IWD2 and the premade party I chose (because of this banger picture) had a paladin (The Watcher) as the leader of the party. Later when I actually figured out how to play the game I got used to the all in one kit and liked playing it in later games.
