  1. Yeah I had to mod my saves to get the best ending.
  2. I'm playing a highly modified IWD and it has a munition belt, makes things so much easier.
  3. You know what we should do, we should make a petition for combat xp! XD
  4. The problem of arrows is solved with a container. I never did figure out why the IE games didn't have them, when they had a container for everything else.
  5. They are mostly kids, it's pretty obvious when you start reading their post others just seem to be angry and are looking to argue and provoke reactions.
  6. Wasn't talking about you, there are a few people from both side of the conflict/debate who are overly aggressive, bordering on trollish.
  7. And yet that is how we pick our governments and leaders, the biggest irony of all...
  8. That is why I am not touching it until it's halfway decent.
  9. I'm gonna vote with all my alts here, so we should have an edge in the race.
  10. It doesn't matter if there are a few people who are being aggressive, just ignore them. There is plenty of good and constructive criticism on this board.
  11. Agree that there is no need for that powerful weapons in PoE, but they should definitely be in PoE2.
  12. I'm just going to use an editor and max out all the attributes on the main character, mostly because I like to 100% the game and I want to have all the dialogue options opened.
  13. Problem is people where expecting an improved IE game, not a reimagining of it. The more I look at PoE the more I get the feeling that things were being changed just for the sake of being different from BG1&2 specifically, this is not even aimed at the xp system just in general. I get the feeling that Obs is trying too hard to make PoE their own, it could lead them to their own downfall. I don't know, maybe I'm just being melodramatic, but that is the feeling I am getting from reading a lot of things on this forum on the bb.
  14. I doubt it, that game was held back by it's system in the original, in other words it was good despite of it. The best decision they could have made was to remove combat and just make it stat based. There was almost no point in combat in PS:T.
  15. The D:OS UI is so bad I can't even begin to describe it. If you can't move your mouse over it without triggering 50 different pop-up windows then that is some seriously ****ty design. I am ok with the floaty minimalist design, even though I prefer the look of the solid ones, but the D:OS ui was ****.
  16. But that is so much extra work, why would you want to make the poor devs do so much work...
  17. Either way the picture is much larger then the UI ones. Point still stands.
  18. No offense taken, but both of my "we" stand. The "we"=/="all". Also I'm sure they won't mind.
  19. Now let's not get in to that, if it was up to the devs we wouldn't even have a solid UI. What the devs think we want and what we want are often 2 different matters.
  20. Do not make him go in to it Sensuki, for the love of god don't, you won't like it when goes in to it! Get of it Karkarov, there is obviously room to discuss this and the points he makes are valid.
  21. Nah, crafting a weapon would lose all it's charm then. It's cool when you hunt down parts and find them in strange places, if those parts had a story to how they came to be where they are, even better. It would be great to be able to discover the history of the weapon you are putting back together (like how it got made in the first place, how it got destroyed/separated, how did the specific parts end up where they are, etx.).
