I guess you never seen water polo players. Swimming also uses all your muscles and it works them in their full range of motion unlike lifting weights. Worth adding that swimming is also much easier. They don't say build like a swimmer for nothing. I'm not saying lifting is bad, it's just about what kind of physique you are aiming for, not everyone wants to pump them self up.

If you have an indoor swimming pool near, you should go swimming. Much healthier then lifting and your physique will look much better.

Whichever comes out first. I doubt they will overlap for me.

They will look much better with armor and helmets on, but I do agree they are on the weak side and could use a size reduction.
