Had a day off so I focused on some lifts. Leg-day today, did a couple of 150kg squats. I love leg day, fews things are worse than being bulky but having a worthless lower half (like all those guys in women magazines), its terrible looks- and strength-wise.

My exercise schedule is pretty similar with 5 sessions a week 1.5-2 hours, though I do power lifting not bodyweight. I need a lot of variety in my training (switching exercises and work loads etc.) and need to take 5-7 days off every 5 weeks in order not to overtrain. Try to keep your training program varied (doing the same exercises more than two-three times / week will quickly lead to overtraining) and take care of proper nutrition. Malnutrition combined with lots of exercise feels just like overtraining. Also give your muscle groups 3 days of rest, working the same muscles every day will lead to problems since you don't give your body time for regeneration.

Everybody can buy gun in america Provided they're not underage and they have a clean background. A VERY clean background. Yes, numerous times, especially armed robberies, the videos and are all over the place but somehow fail to make it in the big news.

Sounds a lot like overtraining, take a 10 days break and see if things improve. Whats your exercise schedule? As for training, today I improved my deadlift technique and pulled 240kg with so little effort that I need to buy another set of 20kg plates to keep things interesting. The problem is, those plates are super expensive.

And now the European Union is giving away € 3.000.000.000 tax money to Turkey which is doing underhand deals with IS. There are not enough walls in the world to bang my head against.

I'm giving Dragon Age Inquisition another shot. This game is so extremely polarizing it makes me sad because I can't hate nor love it. The first couple of hours, the intro and Haven feel simply great, one of the best moments and atmospheres in games ever, and then, after finding Skyhold it slowly starts to become a dull, empty and boring power trip, despite the beautiful maps. Even the story nosedives, I no longer feel any kind of urgency and it all becomes less serious. It feels like during the development process something happened there and the game took the wrong turn. If the entire game would have been like the first two hours this would have been a magnificent game.

The first time I played that game it was a very cold winter and I enjoyed it immensely, the atmosphere, immersion and encounters are a lot of fun and the maps are very nice. Not to forget the excellent soundtrack. You can't go wrong with it.

Thank you! They're IPF-approved Rehband elbow sleeves, they're tight and simply keep the elbow joint, muscles and tendons in that area warm and increase blood flow, which reduces the likelihood of an injury, especially after a short rest or during first repetitions of the day. They don't actually help to lift more weight, they just make lifting really heavy things safer. They also make knee sleeves which make heavy barbell squats, power cleans etc. much safer- I can highly recommend those as well.

Today I've reached a personal goal I was chasing for 5 years, and with it I blew my personal best standing barbell overhead push-press record out of the water like it was nothing.

I did half barbell squats today with a lot of weight. Leg day is awesome, don't know why people hate it so much. Though judging by the feeling in my hamstrings and butt I better go and find my crutches. Good thing its Saturday tomorrow. And now I'm going to continue to watch The Walking Dead Episode 5.

I second this, and since my grandpa grew and sold some heavy **** when he was alive, I've seen a lot of them. They say weed doesn't affect you but I've seen dozens transform over a longer period of time from bright people into bums whose slow brain processes you can literally see grinding behind their eyes as they struggle to get through forming a sentence. Anecdotal experience, but experience none the less, and that experience is that too much weed makes you a boring idiot. Many great famous songs and even albums have been created by musicians on acid and/or coke, not to mention stage performance with the latter drug. Rod steward for example consumed so much coke he had to stuff it into pills and take it anally because his nose was constantly bleeding, and he was high as kite when he wrote many of his songs. But thats coke and acid, on the other hand I had a classmate who turned himself into vegetable with weed. In a matter of three years his health, especially his mental health, degraded like crazy. Last time I saw him he completed his transformation into a slow witted, sickly thin and confused guy. So much for one of the healthiest drugs. As for myself, I can't stand any drugs, I don't even like alcohol, I want to be in control of myself all the time. I feel like I'm not myself when I'm drugged / intoxicated and that feeling is absolutely awful.

Bench pressing heavy without a spotter can be done safely, I usually do it with a bench only and no rack or any other device. I bench up to 150 kilograms, if I can't press the weight for another repetition I lower it and let it rest on my chest, then I flex my core, push the weight down to hip level where I can stand get up, grab the barbell and put it back on the floor. The whole motion only takes two or three seconds, and its a great exercise in it self. An experienced lifter never gets trapped under a barbell, that only happens if you try to press weights way beyond your level or an injury makes your arms collapse. Though the latter can happen during standing overhead presses as well, and that would result in dropping the weight directly onto your head. Weight lifting is a very safe sport, but its not completely free from risks. Ironically, this time I used a rack and I screwed up, for the first time ever. Even the safety hooks did not help, they did stop the bar but the big weight disc still hit me, and missed my head by mere centimeters.
-
Well, when I re-racked the 135kg barbell in my last repetition I missed the rack spot on one side by a mere centimeter, the whole barbell tipped over and dropped onto my right arm. I don't know how it missed my face. First time I ever had a problem with racking the weight, and I've been lifting for over one decade now. I'm amazed it did not break a bone, I just have one hell of a bruise on my bcieps.

Today is chest day, bench presses, incline bench presses, partials, plate presses. I'm going to start with 120 kilograms and work my way up to 140-150. Lets see how it goes... Chest day is nice even though shoulder day is way more fun.

The problem with that is it could take many years if not decades until the war is officially over, nobody knows, until then we have to take care of millions of people who can't get work because employers don't want to give them jobs since its impossible to predict how long they can stay. The war could be over in months...or in years. The economy crisis is hitting everyone hard, the last thing we can afford is babysitting and feeding a ton of refugees for years, thats completely out of the question.

As someone who periodically suffers from maddening severe insomnia I can tell you that methionine is so ineffective it does not even work as placebo. Sports and long walks in nature always do the trick for me. And no computers three hours before sleep.

Booze is the worst possible way of treating insomnia.

Thats what happens when you let your guard down and go with an extremely political correct course. My condolences go to the people killed and their families, who, as always, have to pay for the incompetence of a few.

Man, my condolences! Grandmothers are always a big loss.

Yesterday I woke up with terrible lower back ache, could only walk with a hunchback, I felt like crap and could not even sit in my chair for ten minutes. Today It got even worse. The best way to cure back ache is to give it a week rest, taking painkillers, use warm pads and try not to stress it, right? WRONG! Today I said ''screw it'', dragged myself to my squat rack, put 120 kilograms on the barbell, braced my core and squatted while focusing on absolute perfect form. After the first 5 repetitions my back felt so much better its not even funny. After doing 5 sets of 8 repetitions of squats I continued with 215kg dead lifts and now my back feels like new again, all tight and like freshly greased. I'm sure if had gone easy on my back and had given it lots of rest like any sane person would do I would have been in severe pain and disabled for many days.

Today I shot the most accurate group in my life. 5 Shots, 100 meters, with my 300 Winchester Magnum. The group measures 7 millimeters from hole (center) to hole. This rifle, with my own handlaods is so accurate I could shoot flies from 100 meters. (The group is high because is sighted in for 150, not 100) Rifle:
