  1. I bought me an exercise shirt for cycling and lifting on cold days.
  2. Funny how different people can be, a Bob Ross episode has me on the edge of the seat, in a calm way.
  3. I watched a bunch of Bob Ross episodes last night. There is nothing on TV I enjoy more than watching him paint, its one of the few things that calms me down and its absolutely fascinating to watch him make a world class painting in half an hour, plus he was a genuinely good funny guy. Some of his techniques are mind boggling, especially reflections, clouds and luminescent waves. I'm planning on buying the whole Bob Ross DVD series and start painting as a new hobby.
  4. I'm still alive.....I think! Hey I know what foxes sound like, I have lived here for 6 years now and know flora and fauna like the back of my hand. I especially love it when the deer mating season begins, it sounds like groups of old drunks farting and burping all night long. Wonderful. Thats why the sounds totally startled me last night, they sounded completely different from anything I've ever heard, and the nosies were LOUD. I did find some stuff knocked over in my garden so it was not my imagination, but no tracks and nothing that could give away the species of the nightly marauder. Next time something like that happens I'll immediately run outside to identify that intruder. Whats the worst that could happen, getting eaten alive? HAH! Though whenever I go outside to check out a noise I feel like this:
  5. Rice with chicken pieces and tons of my hottest Habaneros. You know your meal has enough chili pepper in it if people run out of the kitchen because the fumes burn their eyes and lungs. *cackles*
  6. Something is going on in my garden, first I heard screams I've never heard before around here, not even sure of human or animal, I'm hearing really loud knocks and the bushes outside are rustling like crazy. And now I'm hearing bump noises downstairs. Whatever it is, somethings definitely is not right. I'm going to load my shotgun with some deer slugs and get my flashlight and go check it out.
  7. IMO one of the hottest women in movie history.
  8. Thanks, but thats easy. When I'm not punching paper for groups I put spent 12 gauge shothells on the top of the 100 meter target and shoot them down, 5 cases in 15 seconds is my drill. I try to hit the brass bottom. (I shoot prone with a bipod, with scope at 10x magnification) There is so little recoil I can see the bullet fly through the air (looks like silver rainbow) for one split second and then the case gets flung into the bullet backstop. So much fun. The trick with the 22 is finding ammo your gun likes, if you find a good combo and know you holdover at various distances it becomes accurate as a laser gun, if you can see it you can hit it up to 130 meters.
  9. Had fun at the shooting range, took my little .22 precision rifle and shot coins at 100 meters. Could only recover two of them, the others were flung high in the air landed somewhere in the dirt. The duct tape didn't help at all. Money can save your life in more than just one way! Though the coins were pushed into the wood behind it, that would cause one hell of a bruise or even a broken rip.
  10. Ordered a log bar aka Swiss bar, the hammer grip is better and healthier for the shoulder, and more weight can be pressed when doing heavy shoulder presses. Looks like this:
  11. Had the same problem a while ago, the area where the roots are was totally swollen but the rest of the tooth liked fine so I suspected a root infection. In the end it was a cavity between two teeth, just at the gum-line so it caused an infection and tons of swelling.
  12. I bought cigars and now I'm going to smoke some while listening to good laid back music and drinking a couple of shots of rum.
  13. Just did a fast 15 kilometer walk/hike, no fun in the heat.
  14. I'm getting cooked by the heat, 2 months without rain and non-stop sunshine at temperatures in the 33-39 Celsius area (close to 100F) with no wind either.
  15. A flamethrower is so easy to manufacturer a possible ban or heavy restrictions just make me laugh. People manufactured flamethrowers more than 2000 years ago. And what about Molotov ****tails anyway....
  16. You should put something else in the picture to give a sense of size, like a can of coke or a quarter. What for, those lantern chili are all about the size of a thumb. Yeah I use a product made be Sevin, it's a very fine dust. My biggest pest is ants though so I'm actually really lucky. Ah, thats unfortunate, one of the reasons I grow my own stuff is that I don't have to use pesticides. How much would you lose if you didn't use any chemicals, any rough guesses?
  17. And here is my self grown yellow lantern chili, as far as I know scoville of around 1000000. Its very hot, and surprisingly very tasty too.
  18. Thats a lot. Did you have to use any pesticides?
  19. Self grown stuff is the real deal. I even go step further and use the seeds from my plants next year. This year I harvested about 0.5 Kg parsnip seeds, thats good enough for (very rough guess) 2000-3000 plants or so.
  20. Today I harvested and tried my first self grown chili peppers, this specific pepper has about 577000 scoville, its among the the most potent chili peppers in the world. One pepper was enough for an entire meal (Steak). I'm happy they grow so well.-
  21. The fragile is definitely one of my favorite albums ever made, so much soul and so many A+ songs, though I have to admit ''Year Zero'' is a very close second.
  22. Excellent cover of one of my all time favorite songs. Love the solo at the end.
  23. I just pressed 100kg over my head, it felt glorious. The trolling will simply shift into the more important sections of that site, it was a pretty stupid decision. Those who think the place will be cleaner now are delusional, the opposite will happen. Also I'm a member in many big theme-specific forums and none have any problem with the OT Section.- Its a shame to see a big company like Bioware lacking the professionalism to run a social network, so many others can do it, BW failed miserably on so many levels, and long before the axing of the OT section.
