I'm afraid that the Iron Flail might not be crucial here, and only your decision regarding Abydon and the Eyless is considered for the ending. Sparing the life of Adaryc from the Iron Flail probably just gives you the opportinity to get some help from him in the Caryon Scar and in the battle of Yenwood Field. Not 100% sure, tho.

But in my case I haven't got any, yet. I'm quite far into the story, almost at the the transition from act 2 to 3, and in the middle of WM part 1. So a considerable amount of time went by, security is about 30, prestige is about 20, and nothing happens. Sorry, there was one thing. I'm preparing for the battle of Yenwood field with Lord Gathbin. But no Azurro the merchant, he never arrived... No Gafol the Drunkard... No Lord Byrnwigar, no Nyry the Deft Hand, no Solmar the Shackler, no no-one. When these visitors will kick in? After the batlle of Yenwood? Or am I missing something? Best regards.

Dillema: I am really fond of my characters in cRPGs, so I rarely replay them significantly different. Not all, but most choices I make are the choices I oftenly repeat.
