Veeeery interesting (see bold). So, does the fact that only 40% of gun deaths are the result of homicide help sooth some of you inflamed Euro's? See, we're not all cowboys! I wonder if Europes much touted gun crime statisitics also include suicide. That could really change the whole perspective. EDIT: Linky

You Are A: True Neutral Human Bard (6th Level) Ability Scores: Strength- 12 Dexterity- 14 Constitution- 15 Intelligence- 14 Wisdom- 16 Charisma- 16 Alignment: True Neutral- A true neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. He doesn't feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most true neutral characters exhibit a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil after all, he would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. Still, he's not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. Some true neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. True neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you act naturally, without prejudice or compulsion. However, true neutral can be a dangerous alignment because it represents apathy, indifference, and a lack of conviction. Race: Humans are the most adaptable of the common races. Short generations and a penchant for migration and conquest have made them physically diverse as well. Humans are often unorthodox in their dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes, tattoos, and the like. Class: Bards- Bards often serve as negotiators, messengers, scouts, and spies. They love to accompany heroes (and villains) to witness heroic (or villainous) deeds firsthand, since a bard who can tell a story from personal experience earns renown among his fellows. A bard casts arcane spells without any advance preparation, much like a sorcerer. Bards also share some specialized skills with rogues, and their knowledge of item lore is nearly unmatched. A high Charisma score allows a bard to cast high-level spells. Whats the saying, "you cant unring a bell". There are literally millions of weapons in the hands of US citizenry and the vast majority are law abiding. Its a small minority of people that are accountable for the majority of gun crime in the US and you can rest assured they bought the weapon in an alley. Short of kicking in everyones door I cant see any possible way to remove guns from our culture. Not that I want too either. I dont think the majority should be held hostage by the minority. The whole throwing out the baby with the bathwater thing.

I believe it takes an act of Congress to amend the constitution but I dont know how the process gets started. EDIT: From Wiki:

I believe the outcomes are about the same with possibly a little harsher of a sentence coming from the military. IIRC, military courts use the same guidelines as civilian courts wrt sentencing guidelines but in the miliary you would also receive either an OTH (Other Then Honorable), a Dishonorable, or the dreaded BCD (Bad Conduct Discharge) each of which carry certain penalties which carry over to civilian life such as no longer being allowed to vote, etc... Oh, and you have to do your time in Ft. Leavenworth military prision, which isnt know as a happy place.

Why does that make you proud? That's the only way to legally answer to such a situation. Actually, in the U.S. anyway, this would normally be handled by the JAG (Judge Advocate General) which is a military court system.

What the hell is a 'vajayjay? Or is it onomatopoeic? Its slang for a womans woo woo. So, he's basically calling himself a pussycat (minus the cat) for not being able to take more then 4 classes at a time.

Arent there already satellite based MIRV's? I dont see why dropping one from orbit would be any more problematic then launching one into orbit and then dropping on the target. -

Direct to DVD, always a great sign. "Now with MORE Johnny Rico! Oh yes, those bug-killing troopers are back for a third time in the direct-to-DVD title Starship Troopers 3: Marauder" Trailer But it does have Jolene Blalock in it. That just about makes it worth it right there. Yummy.
