@theslug: Ive used AmeriTrade in the past and they do not charge a commission nor a money transfer fee (though your bank may). The only cost of doing business with them is the one time per transaction fee for stock purchases/sales, which is fixed regardless of the size of the transaction.

Iron Man Got it Friday and watched it 2-3 times over the weekend. I thought it was excellent and Iron Man has been a comic hero of mine from way back. Ok, so I found it a little silly that after the escape all of his shirts were tailor made to have an hole in the center to perfectly fit and display his heart magnet thingy.

Unless it was already in development it couldnt be 3.5E and must be 4E, right?

I think there would be a pretty huge disconnect for me if I had to play as a female. In RPG's, the player I create is the fantasy extension of "me" and my ideals. Thats why I always play as a "good" character (cant connect with the evil/jerk options). Also, I dont get any jollies from looking at a pixelated bum nor would I want to explore a romance with a male NPC. *projectile vomits* Maybe that makes me not such a good rpg-er but I can definately understand why a female wouldnt want to be forced to roleplay a male.

I dont have any alts and I rarely try to figure them out. Sand is kinda easy because he has certain "tells" in his writing style. Hell, someone can pretty much just change their avatar and Ill think they're a new person.

That just gave me an idea, have you considered joining a Union? Regardless of which profession you chose (plumber, electrician, welder, etc...) you would enter the program as a "journeyman" or apprentice and they would provide for you all the training you will need to fulfill the job of your selection. I think it only takes 1-2 years before your a full blown (x) and making good money. I dont even think there are any prerequisites.

So I just finished up two days of jury duty. I was hoping I wouldnt get selected for a case and be immediately released but lo and behold I got chosen for a civil case. The five minutes of interest I had in the case was quickly replaced by blinding rage at having to spend two days in the court house. I didnt even leave the damn place until 7:02 pm last night because we were wrapping up deliberations.

Gaming for me started in the heady days of mall arcades. I would literally spend hours in there playing Gauntlet and this one where you drove a spy car. Home gaming started with pong, then the Atari 2600, then the Commodore 64. I got my first "real" computer while in the Navy, a rocking 75MHz Acer, and as a special offer offered something called Windows 95 as a free upgrade when it came out a few months later. Doom, Hexen, Heretic, Duke Nukem, Rise of the Triad...spent hours and hours playing until I would have to quit from vertigo induced nausea. Then one day a friend loaned me Baldurs Gate and it was all over for me. When I wasnt playing BG I was thinking of playing BG. Im not into shooters anymore and now Ive been on the WoW needle for years.

We do indeed and it is ~Di. IIRC, shes had several published and has enjoyed success. Ive asked her for years to tell me one of the titles but she rightfully plays that information close to the chest. The curiosity is killin me though.

Congrats taks! WooHoo, its FRIDAY!!! Going to run out at lunch and bring my car to the emmissions testing place, which Im kinda surpried I have to do as my car is only 4 years old. Tonight I'll get liquored up with the missus and chase her around the house.

So I caught the premier of the Knight Rider redo and Im not sure what to think. The acting is poor and the first story was pretty goofy. On the other hand its full of hot babes and action scenes, IE: the short lived show Fastlane. Kit is significantly more advanced then the previous version and now sports full transformation capabilities. I'll give it a couple more episodes just for the lulz.

^Me either for the most part, not even Monty Python. The only one even remotely humorous to me was Benny Hill and I think thats just because I was young and he always had gratuitous amounts of half naked women in his skits.
