Politics Episode 7: Remake of Episode 4
Hawaii Becomes First State to Enact Law to Align Goals With Paris Climate Accord. We're saved! HUZZAH! Now if they could only remove their heads from their rectums long enough to allow the building of the largest optical telescope in the Northern hemisphere, then everything would be cool.

NFL 2017-2018 Season
I dont know about leaning left or right but Williams was fired in 2011 for going all Godwin's Law. The ESPN hate is a bit weird...cant see how they would have been able to ignore that remark.

Agiel's all things military
Citing costs, US Air Force turns to SpaceX for its next spy plane launch. I wish the X-37 was loaded full of Rods from God but most likely its exactly as they say "operations development for reusable space vehicle technologies."

Politics Episode 7: Remake of Episode 4
Yeah, we cant even do alternative energy right without some clowns litigating the whole thing to a standstill (see the wind farms off the East coast). I suppose its my own fault for engaging, fool me 5472943049297 times I guess... So since the US is no longer in the accord, add 0.3. Add 0.3 to the mythical expected temperature increase of 0.6 to 1.1 and you get the result of a expected temperature increase of 0.9 to 1.4C. You can just forget I asked you a question. Ill wait ands see if someone else circles back to answer.

Right, but now with the US pulling out the reduction is reduced and we need to add the .3 back in.

The Weird, Random, and Interesting things that Fit Nowhere Else Thread
Conceptually: Sure, we should all be looking for and enforcing ways to reduce harmful emissions. Its just common sense. Realistically: I'm a bit meh. I don't like the Chicken Little approach to anything and I think our lack of knowledge on the matter is significant. But hey, stuff is melting so we should do something sooner rather than later to mitigate the effects.
