What do NPC's do after they have executed a command? Meaning, say I fire off a Magic Missile, then the "recovery" time kicks in, then what happens? Does the NPC revert to auto-attacking with whatever weapon is equipped or do they just stand there waiting for the next command from the player?

The city pulls a scumbag move to circumvent laws that were specifically written to protect monuments by selling these public spaces to a non-profit organization who then, in the dark of night, remove these monuments. This could happen for . Think about that perspective instead of "durr, burn the Confederate history to the ground"*. *not you guys.

So I couldn't stands it no more and decided to reverse course on my downgraded Comcast package. I was all ready to fall on my sword and sacrifice internet speed for more television channels and asked my wife to call and make it happen. Well lo and behold, by signing up for two years (I guess we were month to month ), she was able to get the same package we had before, the same internet speed AND a reduction in our bill that makes it lower than when we had the downgraded channel package! w00t
