The TV and Streaming thread Series 3
It was you mentioning it earlier that made me realize it even existed! I loves me the Tremors series warts and all. A guilty pleasure, like my personal Sharknado. It wont be the same now.

What you've done today - One Life to Live
I heard what sounded like two cannon balls careening down my stairs and my kittens came skidding around the corner to post up at my back sliding door. A squirrel was sitting on one of the patio chairs and the little bastage had torn a hole in a cushion and was filling his cheeks with stuffing, presumably to line his burrow for the winter. So in the garage the cushions went, at least only one was ruined. My wife was pretty miffed but I gave the cats treats for alerting me.

Surely theres a syllabus handed down from above, but they probably allow a little wiggle room. I suppose thats close enough to expertise.

Youre probably right. Ive never even paid attention to the down ballot candidates before, but now that I know I have a voter registration card (who knew!) maybe Ill vote. But not if I have to go there and stand in line. My card directs me to some voting location at a nearby church but I wonder if IL has electronic voting. 🤔

Politics 20/20
No thats only 1% of the reason. The other 142% is complete apathy. Although Trump is enough of a dumpster fire to have at least made me consider voting, I trust that IL will vote D as always.

@Malcador The three days I was there was basically me just screaming in my own head. Just imagine not being able to scroll past a lawyers wall of text and being trapped in the same room with them.

No, we do not. I just texted my wife and she sent me pictures of our voter registration cards. I didnt even know I was registered! Bastards better not call me for jury duty again.

This has happened to me twice (and my wife once), via random text. I havent voted since one of the Bush's (cant remember which) and my wife has never voted, so who know why.

Not me! Take your pick, "the rich" are a good jumping off point and those corporate fat cats own me something too. Either way I fall into the tax brackets that would be receiving end, and brother, Im ready to kick up my heels and ride off into the sunset. :sombrero:

Wag More Bark Less -- Cute and Funny Animal Pics
I hate to poop in the punchbowl, but do you see that little hole in the back wall of the sink just below the faucet? Its called an "overflow hole" and its there precisely to prevent a sink from overflowing if the drain is plugged and the water left running. It can be in the front or back but Ive never seen a sink without one.
