Yeah the wings are usually the entree for us. With blue cheese / ranch dressing and celery on the side.

Last night we dabbled in oven baked chicken wings with a couple of different dry rubs (buffalo and teriyaki) and they turned out pretty awesome. I would normally cook them on my grill but it was a little cold a rainy yesterday and I didnt feel like dealing with it.

Yeah, that was grody. I wonder if he'll be cheaper next year. Guess were about to see what The Red Rifle can do for the rest of the season.

It turns out my two furry girls (kittens) go totally ape for beef jerky! They can somehow smell it across the house (or hear the bag crinkling) and come charging into the room at full speed. I only give them a few pea size pieces each as my wife is (probably rightly) concerned that the sodium is too high for them. Canned tuna and sardines are a big hit too.

I would counter this by saying its the biggest conspiracy theory ever loosed on mankind. Specifically engineered to control masses and cause tribalism without a single shred of hard evidence. Imo. "Real" and "conspiracy" are in the eye of the beholder wrt religion...unless you can point me in the direction of any proof whatsoever? Ill give you until the end of time to provide a link. Isnt it though? Maybe not so shadowy, but religion is used every single day to control humanity. Dont we see real life religious strife to this very day?

Imo, a nebulous low percentage chance "might" isnt a big enough motivator for a lot of people. But "seeing the result" of a "might" that came true would probably be motivational.

No problems here. I honestly miss the days when peoples opinions only carried as far as their voice could travel. My SiL is a Trump supporter and I get measurably dumber every time my wife reads me one of her sisters rants. Like Amentep, I communicate mostly through phone or text. BUT... ...if youre not already programmed into my contact list, then I dont answer. Just a phone number popping up on my screen? Better leave a voicemail (which nobody does anymore).

I dont even have a FB account. My wife does so she just updates me with any "family news".
