Agreed, MS said that they'd try to keep to this, but i've heard that at least one game is breaking this rule (Outlands, or whatever it's called, the RPG/FPS).

Well, yeah, the first game we played I just followed him around then blasted whoever capped him while they were reloading.

It's worth noting that my level of fun also raised considribly once I realised I had an underhand grenade launcher.
