Agreed, I enjoyed 4, but 3 was suprerior. 4 did have the better mech customisation system though, the one in 3 was pretty stupid.

As far as i've witnessed, in the UK the attitide of 'normal people' towards celebreties tends to be to treat them as 'normal people', when encountering them in normal situations. My parents went to university with a few now famous people and generally, when they turn up to a social gathering of whatever description, the 'famous people' are treated just like any other guest by the other guests. I used to live around the corner from Harry Enfeild and again, it was the same thing, he would go out jogging around the pack in his tracksuit in a 'normal' area and wouldn't get bothered by people while doing it.

Fits snuggly in your (well, my) hand, has easy to use joysticks, due to both shape and position, and while having the same number of buttons as the duelshock, puts the L2 and R2 buttons in the 'trigger' posision, meaning that you can actually use them conveniently. The big drawback of having the joysticks in a more convenient position is that the D-pad has been pushed out of the way, making it somewhat uncomfortable for me to use as a movement control (which can be an issue in arcade games). As I said, I love my PS2, but I was never a huge fan of the duelshock. They basically took a SNES controler, put two knobbles on it for your palms then, when they realised they'd need joysticks, simply stuck them on the bottom rather than change the design. It's more than good enough, but having used somthing better I find it hard to go back without noticing such (which, again, was part of the reason I hated the huge bearclaw Xbox controlers, even the smaller ones were pretty horrible, but then, I never liked the dreamcast controlers either). Of course, all the above is just to my own hands, you might find yourself of a different opinion, but the first time I got to play on a 360 (having spent so much time on my PS2) the controler really stood out.

Yeah, the original xbox controler was awful, and one of the reasons why my interest in the console was basically zero. The 360 controlers are vastly superior, holding a duelshock just feels awkward now. Though this might be because I don't have small girly hands. Do YOU have small girly hands?

On a side note, while Lost Planet coop would have been freaking awsome, it's still pretty much the best singleplayer 360 game out there due to awsome 'contra-in-3d' style action gameplay. I hadn't touched it for a little bit due to the time investment that hard requires but got a chance today and totally fell back in love with the game due to the awsome shooting/hookshot/T-eng/mech/boss mechanics. Basically, people who bitch about this game don't like oldschool action games that don't hold your hand or forgive you for being a moron. Completing this on the EXTREME difficalty setting is one of the prerequisites to being a TRUE GAMER! (getting to level 50 in KotoR2 is not). LOOK AT THAT FREAKING THING!

haha, I owned (and loved) a PS2, but the controler is a pile of Hades. If you can, try out a 360 controler at a store or friends house, it's much easier on the hands.

If you only get ONE game, get Barbies tea-time adventures, that's what we're all playing online at the moment.

Looks like, ultimately, the games are more important than the anti-console morals.
