Well, she has a point, most sprees are calculated to cause maximum damage, and people being unable to fight back is part of that calculation. However, this having any actual effect on the number of attacks or the casualties per attack is a total grey area and her post completely ignores any of the wider socal implications of 'moar gunz plz'.

Agreed, I enjoyed 4, but 3 was suprerior. 4 did have the better mech customisation system though, the one in 3 was pretty stupid.
