The 10 minute short film is better than either of them.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0R6QLiNFHd8 Thomas Jane should do everything Punisher for now on. I like the guy from Warzone, but he's no Thomas Jane. I would like to see HBO do Punisher as a series, actually. If Thomas Jane had done War Zone it would have been even better. I just liked War Zone because it did Punisher right. Punisher isn't about long drawn out revenge schemes, he's about a bullet between the eyes. Really? I feel like the Punisher (under Ellis at least) Had a lot of the more drawn out ridiculousness that populated the Jane movie. Seriously, the guy went all out in wiping out an entire crime family with as much planning as Jane. True, the Punisher is fond of complicated plans when the target is big enough. I liked that the Thomas Jane Punisher focused on that aspect rather than turning him into a generic action-film vigilante.

I remember going to see that when it came out in theaters. I felt like I had just watched a feature length Family Guy with some A-list actors.

[New Game+] Are you for or aginst ?!
PK htiw klaw eriF replied to Ulquiorra's topic in Pillars of Eternity: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Completely against this. I don't mind the ability to export a character(and all of their equipment) for use in modules or PE2(if it features the same PC), but a newgame+ seems unneeded.

Which IE game do you want Eternity to most "feel" like?
PK htiw klaw eriF replied to Arsene Lupin's topic in Pillars of Eternity: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)0/10 Total failure. Perhaps you might have better luck using either your obyknven of Lord of Flies accounts.

X-Box One
Didn't they just try that with Windows 8?

To be fair, when the Affleck Daredevil was made, Marvel licensed the rights and wasn't as involved as they were with later films. I did really enjoy the new Dredd movie and am very happy that the comic managed to bounce back, now if only I could get them here in the US.

Arachnophobia
It is part of the settled order of things that when a man is faced by a part of nature he doesn't like he should _always_ fight. Never flee. Then, ideally, kill, cook, and eat said nature with a cold pale ale. I would agree, but I prefer a nice stout myself.

Fear of women body in modern videogames
O'RLY? Yes. Not only are that woman's breasts smaller than her head, the way she is posing exageratess their size. Somehow, I'm not surprised.

Planets, Space & Satellites don't exist
The Sun doesn't exist remember? Strapping him onto a raft and pushing him off the edge of the world(he does believe that the world is flat right?) would be more appropriate and cheaper.

I was. IMO that and Knightfall were terribly thought-out gimmicks that are second only to the Spider-Man Clone Saga and OMD/BND in terms of crappiness. Superior Spider-Man might usurp that position if it is allowed to go on too long though. That isn't really saying much... Who is publishing it now, 2000AD or IDW? I can't seem to find any trades of it here in Houston.

Arachnophobia
I honestly don't know. I think a large part of it is the suckers(and teeth on some varieties) as well as how "squirmy" they are when in movement. Encountering such a creature would instill a combination of unreasonable panic and genocidal fury in me.

Arachnophobia
The best times of my life have included heavy breathing and/or loss of metal faculty! Although I have a phobia of squids and octopuses. Those tentacles scare the **** out of me.

Fear of women body in modern videogames
I admit, I find those images much more appealing than breasts the size of watermelons. Then again, I am an ass man. Not really. Having a fantastic ass and having tittays like those in Dragon Crown are two different things.

Lessons (that should be) learned from other games
PK htiw klaw eriF replied to Sacred_Path's topic in Pillars of Eternity: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Baldur's Gate One thing I really enjoy about this game is that the "main" quests are not obviously main quests. I really hate it when a game tells me which quests are important to the main story and which are just side quests.

Careful Wals, we don't want to give them any ideas... Is Dredd still in print?

And they are supposed to be the immature ones? Bioware is often ridiculed on here for trying to appeal to emotion junkies rather than develop a competent story and for sucking in general. Why don't you go White Knight for them? If you think asses like that are uncommon, you obviously have not met very many black or hispanic women.

To be fair, the new "kewl" Superman ditched the red undies. And like Oerwinde said, Superman has been depowered(although the reboot probably undid it) and isn't quite as smart or strong. Doesn't matter though, Spider-Man is better.

Those Spiders are extremely cute and more interesting than seeing Oby bitch about the West taking away all of teh b00bz.
