I see this repeated a lot, but its not true. I never touched the multiplayer and had way more than the required EMS score for the "good" ending. The only DLC I had was From Ashes, which as far as I know didn't have any extra War Assets. Before being patched, you had to have played some multiplayer to boost something to get the best ending. It was quickly patched out though, from what I understand.

In fact, if we were going to describe an area of the US that gets lots of handouts from the federal government compared to what it puts in, we would be looking at the Deep South before the East Coast.

Fair play you linked a definition, but I'm not sure autocratic leadership entirely differentiates facsism from, say Stalinism I'd suggest that an obsession with the individual within an autocratic regime, the sense of being a powerful person yet simultaneously being subordinated to the 'perfect' free individual - fuhrer, duce, jefe etc. - is part of it. I think the differential is that Fascism places emphasis on Nation and/or Race while Communism places emphasis largely on Class. Not too much different in execution, but it is worth pointing out difference in what fuels each ideology.

I think the Ranger is hurt by the focus on ranged combat. IMO, the Ranger would've worked better if its abilities were tied to use of the Animal Companion only, instead of Animal Companion and ranged attacks. As it is, I find Rangers to be fairly boring to play and less versatile than other classes. Rather than allow animal companion upgrades(perhaps it should be considered in the future though), have the Animal Companion specific bonus apply to both thew Ranger and Companion.

It looks like hypocrisy is standard issue when becoming a game journalist.

My main issue is that I want a reliable source of news for the hobby I dedicate a significant amount of my time and money towards. I do not like being insulted or talked down to by the entities that are supposed to be providing me with news or that those entities have conflicts of interest regarding certain products. As it is, I do not feel I can trust their opinions on games and feel that they have an axe to grind with me because I don't agree with parts of their message. As someone whose friends and family include racial minorities, homosexuals, and women, I do care about discrimination and equality. I feel that SJWs are doing more harm than good when they are too preachy about it though, and too often they tend to moralize rather than inform or gather support. I think that Feminists who want equality would find more support if they cut ties with the more insane elements of the ideology, rebranded themselves as "gender equalitists", and put a little more focus on issues faced by men. From my perspective, there needs to be a shift from focusing on specific groups to providing a blanket standard of equality to everyone.
