  1. How did he respond to the LizardJew rant?
  2. So additional content added rather than another campaign? I can live with that. ToB wasn't as good as SoA TBH.
  3. I doubt you guys could understand me if I did a LP.
  4. It's always strange when someone on a forum I frequent does a video and they sound nothing like I would've guessed.
  5. I can't see the point of using anything but 2-handers or dual wielding in the current build. The accuracy penalty for shields is too high and single weapons don't pierce DT enough for the accuracy bonus to be appealing. Wizards and Ciphers are too fragile IMO, they could benefit from longer lasting defensive buffs. As it is, buffs either don't last long enough or take too long to cast. Finally, I think giving the party access to gear that is close to what they would be packing at level 5 would be a better way to test balance issues.
  6. Probably not. And Battlemage can usually kick a purecasters ass in most games. The Cipher is sort of like a mix between DnD 3.X SoulKinfe and Psychic Warrior. They aren't pure casters and need to be built to do some weapon damage. They're probably the class most suited to gish builds, as Wizards are **** in melee.
  7. Today it's cold and my gf has needs that must be satisfied. Probably going to spend most of the day with her. Show up naked with the Illuminati pyramid painted on yourself and start screaming about LizardJews. Guaranteed success.
  8. I'm considering watching Birdman. Thoughts?
  9. Jogged this morning, first song that played was this: http://youtu.be/6bLOjmY--TA Then: http://youtu.be/X5iOiLX5ppA After that, I lost track.
  10. Not quite sure tbh, but some studies have gathered evidence that retaining and gaining excess fat may be easier for those whose ancestors had to deal with food scarcity. Would post said studies, but am currently at work.
  11. I may have been too hasty, if so, I apologize.Perhaps you can prove my assumptions wrong about your coherence by explaining how you always act the way you think, and how you never fail at any endeavors. The italiziced part is critical because past failures count against your ability to try again and they also particularly invalidate your previous claims in this thread (you don't know how many people are thinking about how they should do something about their excess weight after having failed several times in the past). So pray tell, How many social advocacy issues are you actively involved with (and have succeeded at) to fix this dysfunctional society? How good are your personal marks at the sports of your choice? How much have you contributed to expanding the boundaries of human knowledge? Because if you can't say or you haven't, then you aren't really doing what you should be doing according to your own statements, and you are just "thinking without acting". You can trust me when I say I'm really not full of it (I just went), and I wouldn't exactly call myself an expert, but safety rule #1 is to have at least a basic medical examination before starting any exercise regime, regardless of intensity, if you weren't exercising before. After that, finding someone who can give you the basic ability/mobility tests such as would be highly recommendable as well. Sedentarism wrecks your body and you can exercise without noticing any problems for months or years until *crack*. I was referring to someone else with "internet experts" mate. I'd say your advice for those struggling with a weight problem is better than "kill yourself fatty".
  12. For any of those interested in getting into (better) shape, I recommend trying a balanced diet and exercise first then seeing a professional if you're severely out of shape. I'd advise against listening to internet experts who are more full of **** than TN before he sits on the toilet.
  13. Everything goes, basically. I made a party with Jahan, Air and Water. Madora, two handed fighter dealing massive damage. My custom one handed w/shield warrior, that played like a paladin type character, with lots of healing skills and taking a lot of beating. I also had an archer with fire and earth magic. It's hard to mess up, I think as long as you have a general idea of how you want to build your characters. For a frontliner, are two-handers worth it or should I go for a shield? Two handers do well on the front line. Madora was beasting. You have to be careful at the beginning, but as long as you have potions and healing spells, you should do fine. I had my tank and her rush in first and the other two stay back. I almost feel like I could have rolled two two handed fighters and it wouldn't have mattered that much. Alright, is it better to craft weapons or are the uniques good enough?

  15. Jumped into Divinity Original Sin. Tried several times to get into it, but got distracted quite often. Any advice on mods or builds?
  16. I think you fitters should check your privilege. Stop fat shaming, you reactionary bigots.
  17. Yeah, changing your diet like that can show a huge change. I had to work out twice a day and keep most of my meals healthy to drop about half that in 6 months.
  18. TN confirmed for being full of ****. I lost 30 pounds through diet and exercise. It's quite difficult to stay with it, particularly if you have a demanding job and/or studies, but it can be done.
  19. Nothing. Road police had battons to regulate traffic. Normal police on the street while they I'm sure had guns somewhere they didn't carry them. Violent street crime was practically nonexistent. Women could leave their baby carts with the baby outside a shop's door and it would be safe because even if something happened the random passers by would take care of it. It is unthinkable today but it was real. This was of course a small town, bigger cities were a little more hectic but only slightly. Wow man, that sounds alien to me. Of course I grew up in Houston in the 90's/00's and the crime rate here isn't low. I don't think I've ever seen a cop who wasn't packing a handgun.
  20. In the town where I was born in USSR the police didn't even have guns. What did they have?
  21. It doesn't get more exciting TBH. Outside of critpath and companion stuff, all content is MMO stuff.
