Screenshot... what ya'll think
Bah, I should have guessed that but.... that's my own fault for thinking a little too far ahead of PST and BG series. I was thinking about the NWN series and the rendered skies.

Screenshot... what ya'll think
I think they were smart in playing it safe with this screenshot, it has a very wonderful appeal to it and to be honest I'm more looking forward to seeing what the (as far as environments go) sky will end up looking like (morning and night). Hmm... I guess I should probably ask first, will there be a rendered sky? I certainly hope so because it really adds to the ambiance of a game.

Weird things from the IE games that should be preserved
I'm sorry but I'm all about nostalgia and whenever I think of the IE games and weird things I want to keep, none of it's really weird, it's just all nostalgic. Character interactions that are unforgettable, there are still characters from Planescape Torment (13 years ago) that people still talk about today. And I love you tube so here we go again.

Mega Dungeon Level Ideas
I'm hoping the entire dungeon or at least the last levels of it will be end game content. I know some people may not agree with this, but for such an enormous project and a wonderful concept, I'd really love for it to be something end game that I can enjoy later on and not something I delve into within the first few levels of my character.

Obsidian seeks likes on it's official facebook page
Looks like we'll have 8 levels for sure then. Only needing a little over 700 backers and 1000+ more likes. I just hope my patience holds out, waiting for this game is going to be one of the 'worst' experiences of my life only countered by actually getting to play it as one of the 'best' experiences. I'm an addict....... and this is one habit that should never be kicked.

Ideas for alluring last-days add-ons
I think they could do things like more T-shirt designs, or mouse pad arts, to be honest an extra 25 dollars here or there would really boost sales and a lot of people don't want a plain T-shirt. Hell I'd love one that said 'George Ziets, I made that happen.' Or something a long those lines Though I know T-shirt production is probably expansive if so many people don't purchase one etc etc.

Big City #2- 3.5mil. stretch goal
I'm sorry but two big cities scares me. I'm one of those people that has to talk to every named npc, check every house, search every corner. Sometimes... I enter a city and I'm there for upwards of 3 hours of just exploring. I'll probably have an anxiety attack trying to find my way around two big cities. Though there are some amazing things you can do with a city, but trying to find something unique would be a battle. Underwater, underground, in the sky, curious as to what they would do if we reach that goal mark.

Obsidian seeks likes on it's official facebook page
Out of topic but does each individual paypal subscriber count towards the backer number for added levels and if so do we have any idea how many there are?

Stretch Goal - hire Justin Sweet to make portraits.
So I totally sent an email. I don't really expect to hear back for 'him', but i'm sure someone from his website will reply with a 'I can't answer that'. But I sent a link of this page and basically asked if he had any interest in working on this project. I figured it can't hurt to ask.

Stretch Goal - hire Justin Sweet to make portraits.
I wonder if Justin Sweet knows about his fans over here waiting for him? Can't wait for his site to go back up so I can email their contact information and be like 'Hey! You need to go check out this website and see all these players supporting you and then since it's funded by us we'll just add him to the team, we don't need to check with Obsidian first .

Request: Get George Ziets to do a video for us in the 2.8M update
I'm 'still' waiting for my single player KOTOR 3 . But, I am more than overjoyed to have my hopefully new favorite old school rpg. As much as I'd love to call this BG3, I believe Project Eternity will stand as a whole new level of awesome and 15 years from now we'll be complaining for another RPG that was like Project Eternity.

The 2.8 mil stretch goal rubs me the wrong way
Ziets has been a proponent of player choice in video games, stating that: "I prefer to focus on meaningful player choices. An overarching storyline can be essentially linear, but the player can be offered critical choices at pre-defined points in that storyline. (And by critical choices, I’m talking about choices that have visibly different consequences, or lead to branches in the story structure.) That way, the design team maintains control over the number of possible outcomes and paths, while players understand that their choices matter, and result a distinctly different experience. And *all* choices should have consequences, or they shouldn’t be offered at all." From the wiki.
