Twice baked potatoes, which is a misnomer in this case, they're actually once nuked and once baked potatoes. Anyway, you know the drill: Potatoes, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Yummy in the tummy comfort food.

I took my sister out to Ray Nathan's for BBQ: Ray Nathan's has some of the best BBQ I've had outside of Texas, their cole slaw is terrific too. When it comes to BBQ, my sister and I are alike, we're both all about the brisket.

Good character writing combined with good casting and acting can overcome many faults. If I'm not invested in a character(s) and/or the story my mind will automatically switch over to picking apart any and every plot hole in a narrative. Conversely, if I'm invested in a story and/or the characters, I will automatically forgive/overlook story inconsistencies. Extremely rarely you get a movie where the cinematography, narrative, casting, and performances are all so on point that there is nary a grievance to be had in ANY aspect of the production, even were you specifically looking to pick a nit. Alas, movies like Rashomon only come around once or twice a generation.

Bravo sir or madam, bravo. The funny thing is that IWD should be the type of game I absolutely love. I love deep tactical combat, this should be right up my alley. But there are limits to things and IWD went well past those limits of punishing anything and everything that's not the exact optimal play (plus luck of the dice). Hence my comparison to Codename: Iceman, which only Sierra On-Line fans would understand. The Jim Walls Police Quest games alienated some players with their rigid adherence to proper procedure, but they were overall well received. I, for one, LOVED them. Then Jim Walls put out Codename: Iceman. By all accounts, this should have been my favorite game ever. A Sierra p&c about secret agent espionage, it's like my wet dream. Unfortunately, Jim Walls took it too far. He pushed the adherence to EXTREMELY strict procedure and paying attention to the smallest of detail to a level even I had a hard time stomaching. This is coming from a guy who played and loved the La-Mulana (talk about having to pay attention to small details) games!

There is no amount of context in the entirety of the infinite multiverse that allows Prometheus to make sense.

Prometheus might be the most frustrating movie of the last decade. On the one hand, the cinematography is splendid, as I expect from Ridley Scott. On the other hand, the narrative is utterly baffling and so full of plot holes that it's more hole than plot. As for Alien movies vs Predator movies: Alien > Predator > Aliens >>> Predator 2 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> bunch of crap.

I'm really happy they put Turtle Dreams in the BotW Hall of Fame, well deserved. After watching that particular past episode of BotW I was so dumbfounded and frankly horrified that I couldn't stop myself from searching YouTube and YouTube came through like a champ. The entire Turtle Dreams is on there, all 25 minutes of it. I'm sure it means something to somebody and more power to them, but that is military-grade... Military-grade is not strong enough of a term, what's stronger than that? ... ... Turtle Dreams is some top secret, off the books DARPA future tech strength cringe. It's so terrible and perplexing that I couldn't stop watching it. It's like watching a horrifying accident happen right in front of you and you can't look away no matter how much it hurts you.

My main concern is how much time & effort is going into the story campaign and how much into the next iteration of the GTA Online cash cow? -
I disagree with Mike & Jay that this is the worst trailer from a major studio ever, I still think the crown belongs to the Ghostbusters (2016) trailer. I mean, from a technical standpoint this is worse, but the Ghostbusters trailer took a bad movie and made it look so much worse, which is quite an achievement. The Ghostbusters trailer was aggressively off-putting, it was an assault on my brain and my senses and it was downright painful to watch. This Munsters trailer is just really embarrassing. It's shocking because I can't believe that a major studio seriously put this out as promotional material meant to entice people to watch a movie, but I didn't feel like I had just been punched in the ears and eyes repeatedly like I had after the Ghostbusters trailer.

For the sake of argument, let's say that Vince is permanently gone, he has ZERO say in the day to day goings on in WWE. Is that a good thing? My initial reaction is yes, given how out of touch 77 year old Vince is. But then, who runs creative? If it's Stephanie or Nick Khan, I'm not sure what to think of that. Side note: One or the other will make a power play, if not both. Co-CEOs never work. If head of creative winds up being Triple H, that's most likely a good thing. Before AEW started, NXT, a Triple H run show, was the best wrestling show week in and week out. If it winds up being someone like Bruce Pritchard, who is just as stuck in the 80s and 90s as Vince, that's a wash at best. The most hilarious scenario, and the one I'm rooting for for comedy reasons, is that "The Chosen One" Jeff Jarrett winds up as head of creative. Choke on that, slap nuts.

There's a high probability that Vince will still be running the show from the shadows. He's still the majority shareholder, he still wields the greatest power.

I have nothing against Pennsylvania, especially the western half of the state, there are some lovely mountains in that region. That said, I have grown fond of the warmer weather of the south and have zero intention to move back north. I'll accept the price of more limited availability of Polish food to never shovel snow again. Anyway, pyzy attempt#2: Boiled & mashed (russet) potatoes: Finely grated raw potatoes with liquid squeezed out, plus egg: Potato flour: Bacon: The finished product: Still not the prettiest pyzy I've ever seen, but much less ugly than last time. More importantly, even more delicious. The next step is pyzy z mięsem (meat filled).

I'm playing the Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels expansion. It has definitely met my expectations so far. Imagine if someone took the floating islands from Chrono Trigger and built a giant Hot Wheels track on and between them, complete with loop de loops, launchers, jumps, magnetic tracks so that you can race upside down, oh and there's a gargantuan dragon figurine because why the **** not? It's completely ridiculous and all types of goofy fun.

Which one, Jeffrey Hunter, Sean Kenney, Bruce Greenwood, or Anson Mount?

I attempted to watch the Netflix Resident Evil series, emphasis on attempted. The quickest and easiest way to describe what I watched would be "wet fart". After the exceedingly stupid Milla Jovovich movies, which I admittedly found to be a guilty pleasure, a lot of people thought there'd be nowhere to go but up for the IP in terms of film and series. Turns out, no. *sigh* I'll say this, any time Lance Reddick was on screen, the show was entertaining enough, the man is a delight. Unfortunately, he wasn't on screen nearly enough. Every other character besides Reddick's Albert Wesker was about as interesting as staring at a blank wall. I don't know how it was possible to make Resident Evil boring, but here we are. It's like a teen drama, and not a good one at that, with a very thin coat of Resident Evil paint over it. I literally fell asleep during ep3. I didn't bother going back and watching the rest of the episode, or any of the following episodes.

Cognac + cigar The cognac is D'ussé, the cigar is Rocky Patel. The cognac has just the right level of sweetness and is very smooth and delicate on the tongue, but there is quite a bit of burn.

Will we have to suck it down? -
I tried my hand at making pyzy. They came out ugly as sin, but they taste good, so not bad for a first attempt: The ingredients were potatoes, half of them boiled and mashed and the other half raw and grated, eggs, and potato flour. I mixed it all up and boiled the balls I formed until they floated to the surface. Bacon and green onions for topping.
