Are you going to release Tyranny on GOG?
Well, that’s fair, considering that I can’t understand people who accept the terms of service coming with Valve’s client Didn’t understand them when Steam first launched (was it with Half-Life?), and I guess I’ll never understand them…

[Linux][GOG] Unofficial patches
Thank you for the extra visibility While I have your attention, I’d like to know Obsidian opinion on the next part of this patch project: I’m planning to build similar patches for the Linux DVD version of the game that got sent to backers. But before starting to work on this, I would like to be sure I wil be allowed to share them… If you’re okay with this, you can expect patches to update the DVD version to 3.02 some time next week

[Linux][GOG] Unofficial patches
update New patches have been uploaded, allowing to update PoE to version 3.02.1008. As usual, you will find separate patches for the base game and each part of the expansion, so you won’t have to download more data than you really need. Following advice from Gatsu on ubuntu-fr.org, I added the .torrent files to a couple open trackers. The main difference for you will be that the download via BitTorrent should now start nearly instantly, instead of taking sometimes more than one full hour before finding the first peer.

anybody else miss pitch black dungeons?
You summarized pretty well here why I would love to see darkness implemented as a game mechanic

[1.03][UI] Camera defaults to lower left of map on zone change
I re-uploaded your file on my server for someone who want to give it a try but doesn’t have an account on these forums: http://www.dotslashplay.it/public/scroll.tar.gz I hope you’re okay with this Just to be sure that I understood its role: do we still need to disable screen edge scrolling if we use your workaround?

Are you going to release Tyranny on GOG?
While I can’t say anything about the future decision from Paradox on this matter, I sincerely hope Obsidian will put some pressure on them so we can get a DRM-free version sold somewhere (be it GOG, Humble or directly on Obsidian website). I won’t consider buying a DRMed version of the game, no matter how good it looks. Hey, I would even pass on Pillars of Eternity 2 if it is not sold DRM-free, and that’s from someone who *love* the first game!

2.01 DVD Updates Are Live for Windows and Linux
Looks like something went wrong: the download link doesn’t show on my account, only the GOG link is here. I backed at the "Signed Retail Collector's Edition" level, I’m pretty sure this is the kind of tier that comes with the ability to download the expansion through the backer portal

White March Part 2 officially announced, coming January
Hey, nice suggestion! It would make 'A Song Of Ice And Fire' a very good trilogy, instead of the boring diluted saga it is actually.

2.01 DVD Updates Are Live for Windows and Linux
I can’t do anything about The White March Part 1, but I’ll see if I can extend my unofficial patches project to support the DVD version. If I manage to get something working without too much tinkering, it means I should put online new patches for the DVD version as soon as the equivalent patch get published on GOG. @ Obsidian Team: If you’d like some help with building and testing patches more regularly for the DVD version, just drop me a PM

I noticed that too, I think I’ll go back to build patches for both the extension and the base game.

Can't install PoE
On Ubuntu you might want to try the scripts I’ve written to install the game easily and with improved system integration: https://www.gog.com/forum/pillars_of_eternity/linux_install_pillars_of_eternity_on_debianubuntumintetc These scripts don’t go through the standard install process so they will most probably bypass your bug.
