Yeah like I said, I PM'd this directly to the Character Artist, but he's away so I thought I'd post it here so one of the other devs caught it. It was cool to see him implement some of the suggestions I made for female armor proportions on humans I said eyelashes too, not eyebrows, unless that's what you meant

I agree, I also think male portraits should not show up when making a female character and vice versa

It's best practice to never carry over save games when testing beta builds Delete them and start again

I think some of the dungeons have in-level 2D and 3D animations that cause bad FPS. For instance the Dyrford Ruins - I get 30-40 FPS in there, but I get 150 FPS inside the Dyrford Temple. But yeah I would say that Area Transitions definitely cause the stuttering. It could be the game microstuttering because my frame rate is fractal when it happens, but it's very short microstuttering like 75, 87, 75, 84, 72, 87 dropping up and down in quick succession

Now with video: I believe this happens when you aggro creatures and the pathfinding code can't find a route to your character due to other characters blocking their path (for some reason instead of a check being made to determine the shortest path before they run into obstructed terrain, it appears that units run into obstructed terrain and then either teleport to their target or play ring around the rosey). Maybe I should make some videos of other games and demonstrate what should happen.

That is my thoughts as well. It's completely pointless for any ranged characters to wear armor.

I've been using 2H as a Fighter simply because I think it's better. Shield is probably good if you've got a lot of other DPS'ers but with the BB Party and 1 PC that is not a Cipher/Chanter/Druid, the Fighter needs to do damage.

Second Episode is processing now, 720p and 1080p should be done in a few minutes: I used the Pillar Karkarov I couldn't find it at a glance because it was blue. Off-putting because blue in the IWD/NWN games was a friendly only spell.

The class design (actually probably more due to deflection and accuracy scores) kind of pidgeonhole classes into a role.

Character Art Issue List
The eyebrows on Elves are too *wide* not thick. The reason they look bad is because they're only about two pixels high and when the character moves, the eyebrows 'alias', like moving pixels - it doesn't look very good. Also by appealing, I mean that the actual model itself has not had enough work done on it - it looks less finished, and thus is a less appealing choice than the one that has had more work/effort put into the model to make it look good. This is the reason I've been sending the critiques directly do the CA rather than posting because people often take such comments the wrong way. It has absolutely freaking nothing to do with my preference of how women look, it is a critique of the quality of the art alone.

They should act like the other status effects. Once durations are tuned, just lower the damage. Poison in IE was 1 hp / sec ... and worst case 3 hp / sec - Poison i PE is 97.5 / 15 which is 6.5 damage / sec

Sorry but I won't be using the speed buttons. They are not helpful at all for tuning combat speed, and I enjoy the pause and play system from 16 years of playing the IE games. Pressing S doesn't solve the problem of the combat speed being wrong, the default speed should be perfected. I want to add these videos to the 'here is my experience' that the developers can use as a reference.
