  1. Edited. Helm of Balduran. The Amulet of Metaspell influence (pimp amulet!), Kundane, The short sword of backstabbing +3, the warhammer +1,+4 vs giant humanoids (can't remember the name), Ashidena, the two handed sword of berserking... There are others, but I tried to pick stuff that's somewhat unique (ergo no rings of protection, etc).
  2. To keep *all* of your character's equipment in BG2, do the following: 1) Load your PC with whatever crap you want to keep. 2) Save and export the character. 3) Start a new game in ze Gate of ze Baldurian 2. 4) Pause the game (before whiny groan sound from PC), use the command for bring up the interface. 5) Go into inventory, drop the crap on the floor. Unpause the game. 6) ???? 7) PROFIT!
  3. As essential as the pile of crap that is Icewind Dale 2, sure. Most likely even more so. COMMA!
  4. I don't mind full voice acting at all. If the choice is between full voice acting and bearable gameplay, however, I know what I would choose. Still, seeing as the above hardly ever happens, it's kind of a moot point, anyway.
  5. ADOM. IMHO one of the best roguelike games out there. Though it's hard as hell and I always seem to die even though I go to great lengths to "cheet teh gaym", so to speak. More inf0z can be found here: www.adom.de
  6. Ancient Domains of Mystery, or ADOM for short. Quite fun if you're into roguelikes...
  7. Thank god I'm a nobody. I'm not sure I would like having one of those cards, really.
  8. Britney Spears. Oh yes. That would be like, doing the world a favour by not diluting ze gene pool, too.
  9. I see you're new to powergaming, then. Try either Assassin/cleric (DuHM + RM + Staff of the Ram + assassination, anyone?) or Assassin/mage (mislead exploit), maybe even Assassin/fighter (using assassination) if you're after damage. Fighter/mages suck in that regard. Note: this is in the context of BG2/ToB. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nope. Been a powergamer since Diablo came out. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, then aren't very good at it. BG powergaming, that is. Sorcerers >>>>>>> F/M. Can F/M chain timestop/IA with DB, ADHW and Sunfire? No.
  10. Public transportation reeks of cowardly europeon socialism. Nay, I say!
  11. Yes. @Jumjalum: I can't exactly remember, been so long. 9, 11 or thereabouts, I think.
  12. You prefer buggy and grotesquely unbalanced character systems?
  13. Kensai/mages are uber. Kensai/mages cannot, however, attack ten times per round with all attacks doing x6 or even x7 damage- something that Assassin/mages can. Nor can they performed maximized x7 backstabs, something that asssassin/clerics can (can't remember if the xp cap allows for level 23 assassins/24+ clerics but if so they can perform *10* maximized x7 backstabs in a single round). When it comes to pure, unadultered violence, kensai/mages have got NOTHING on some of the more cheesy thief DCs or even MCs. COMMA!
  14. This is *very* far down my list right now. Due to my recent WoW addiction, I haven't even picked up RE4 yet. And I'm still stuck in chapter 1 in DS2. So I've got quite a backlog right now, with no improvement in sight. EDIT: Ah well. With DS2, I hardly need another DA-styled adventure, anyway. Been quite content with Diablo Wannabe 2 on LANs so far, so I guess Legends won't be a necessity. Still got to play RE4 soon, though. :/

  16. This has got to be the first time I have *wholly* agreed with Volo on something.
  17. Well, you *did* leave out the most important part... Edit: Mr. Baley, I do not know you very well, and I'm fairly sure I don't want to. But judging from the above post, I believe you need help. Immediate, competent help.
  18. I suppose I should also recommend the game I did play sporadically before the days of ye olde WoW. www.tibia.com Relatively good. Nothing compared to the p2p games and with a very immature community- to name an example, In WoW, I can easily ask for a trade, give someone I don't even know in WoW some components for a tradeskill recipie (say I want a new hammer for my pally) and then be very sure I'll get said hammer back when he's done. Played this game since US Open Beta, never been scammed once. The same I would *never* do in Tibia. But it's kinda fun regardless, for a while, at least. That said, I wouldn't really play it when I could pay to play WoW. Time is money and all that, after all.
  19. Doesn't work in BG2/ToB with those automatic spell mantles. Well, that is unless you're Silverbow or something...
  20. Seeing as free MMORPGs usually have the same faults of pay-to-play ones with few of the benefits of the latter, I think I'll pass. Got WoW, anyhow. So I'm too busy with "work" to start another one.
