WHAT ARE YOU EATING RIGHT NOW?!
Yes. I was cruelly tricked into eating one. While I was up either getting more wings or hitting the john, my "friends" dropped one into my nest of medium or BBQ wings. You can feel the heat coming off that chicken wing as you raise it to your mouth. They're too spicy to be good, IMO.

What Music Are You Currently Listening To?
Back when cell phone ringtones didn't try to approximate the actual songs and were glorified midi files, "Take on Me" was one of the best ones I ever heard. The Rolling Stones - Wild Horses

WHAT ARE YOU EATING RIGHT NOW?!
I suppose I'll lose TOMBS points for this, but there is such a thing as the Quaker Steak and Lube, and they do serve food there. It used to be good food, too, that Ohio residents would drive across the border for, but that changed some time between my senior year of high school and my freshman year of college. We used to put up with a million high school kids to get wings on AYCE wing night, but then the wings started to suck, so there was no longer a reason to go there. So, at least this time, Mothman was NOT at a gay bar. (not that there's anything wrong with that) Anyway, I'm eating one of those enormous Subway party subs, purchased in honor of my last day at this job of mine.

Picture Thread 2006
Here's a picture from my rock and roll days. Halloween 2005 was the last show I played with these guys. I'm on bass on the far left.

What Music Are You Currently Listening To?
Specifically, "My Old Friend the Blues." That old blacksmith does look like he's ready to tear up a little. And if there ever was an embodiment of the Marlboro Man, it looks like Townes could be it.

Nice beard, Laozi. Nice...barren landscape as well.

What Music Are You Currently Listening To?
Haha, actually I had to go cover a freaking flood and I just got back. My last day on the job and I'm working barefoot with rolled up pants that are still dripping dry. So much for doing nothing all day. Anyway, I suppose I should listen to.... Stevie Ray Vaughan - Texas Flood or maybe Led Zeppelin - When the Levee Breaks or maybe CCR - Who'll Stop the Rain Edit: I swear I saw a Wilie Nelson avatar. I swear it!

What Music Are You Currently Listening To?
I will check that tribute stuff out this weekend, when I'm at a computer with the internet and speakers that is less than 10 years old. I popped in the self-titled Frank Black and the Catholics album today. In my last band, I was shooting for that album's guitar tone. It's this blessedly raunchy, yet somehow bright, distortion that just cuts through the mix like a knife through hot butter. It's sooooo good. FB & the Catholics - Do You Feel Bad About It?

What Music Are You Currently Listening To?
My old band covered "Fight for Your Right" at only one show... ... which we played on top of an Olds '88 permanently parked in a friend of ours' backyard. We set up the mixer in the backseat so nobody ran into it. That was one hell of a party. Now that's something I should find for the picture thread. Tom Petty - The Ballad of Easy Rider (Byrds cover, I believe)

That beard looks awesome! :D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks, haha. It was my "Lemmy" look.

That is some serious headbanging. On everyone's part.

Hey, my first pic was very happy! It was tough to keep a straight face with crazy biker facial hair, but I had to try.

I've got a more recent pic here..... it's kind of scary though, so fair warning. This winter I grew a beard, then when I shaved it I thought I'd have some fun first.

For those who grew up in the 80's
That one brings me back.... albeit to the mid-90s when I was listening to a lot of Fishbone and the Mighty Mighty Bosstones.

Social Distortion - Untitled A Social Distortion gig poster from their 2005 NYC show is the centerpiece of my living room. It's a skeleton in a suit, complete with fedora and smoking tommy gun. City skyline in the background... it's pretty badass. Tried finding an image online of the poster, couldn't find it. It was limited edition, something like only 150 printed.

The two songs already posted on this page are exceptionally excellent. I will add a third... The Who - Love Reign O'er Me Note: There is a possiblity that there are now more than two songs on page 101 of this thread. I had to take a phone call in the middle of this post, which prevented me from completing my latest entry. Damn work always getting in the way of talking about music.

Well somebody's on a punk rock binge.... Guttermouth was great live. That singer is one spastic dude, I gotta say. Me First and the Gimme Gimmes - One Tin Soldier (cover of that hippie song from Billy Jack)

Vampire: Bloodlines.
I wouldn't recommend playing Malkavian for your first playthrough. I just think you'd appreciate their "insight" more when you already have an idea about the plot. Toreadors are good first characters. They are meant to be suave, smooth talkers, but they also have Celerity, a power that makes melee combat a breeze even if they're not built like a tank.

I hate gamestop.
Geez, first the Dallas Morning News, now Gamestop. What's next on the list, Craigboy? Belgian waffles? Because NOBODY hates Belgian waffles.

Vampire: Bloodlines.
That's the one problem with my snooty Ventrue. Thinks he's too good for bum blood, so he pukes it up, the bastard. So do Tremere's get any clan-specific quests from The Wizard King? I'm assuming they get a swanky pad upstairs from Max's place after they clear up the plague problem, but what then?

Teenage Fanclub - Some People Try to **** With You This song is sooooooooo good. And I am convinced the solo is played on a recorder. Not a flute, a recorder. Genius.
