Effects of long term Aspartame consumption.
Yep. And I'd prefer gaining a couple pounds by having sugar in my pop than having crazy neurological disorders.

Questions to the Devs
Unfortunately no. A lot of the base party member outfits are custom built bodies just for them rather than actual 'clothing' bodies. You will probably not be able to steal any of the unique party NPC outfits for your own character. Sorry. :/ -Akari Will there be ways we can wear clothes over armor so we can get the bonuses of the armor with the appearance of the clothes? Otherwise it seems almost like a waste putting all the work into the default appearance of the NPCs when you're pretty much going to change them into armor so they don't die as soon as you get them.

Questions to the Devs
Will there be feats unique to the PC? How about feats that can only be chosen during character creation? Approximately how many passive/non-combat force powers are there? Rough estimate.

So I was flipping channels...
As soon as Degeneration X disbanded, wrestling started to suck.

So I was flipping channels...
What I don't like is when some wrestlers go away for a few months, then come back with a completely different persona, but most wrestlers are really recognizable, so they just look like knobs because you still see them as their old persona. Mankind/Mick Foley/Dude Love/Cactus Jack was an exception because his gimmick was that he was nuts.

Your Actions Devsread this
I found it a lot easier to get lightside points than Darkside. I was trying to play a manipulative, secret kind of evil, instead of "RAH, I KILL YOU UNLESS YOU GIVE MONEY" kind of evil, and I ended up mostly lightside.

Shrek 2
The incredibles looks.... incredible. :D

Spider-Man 2
SPOILERS WITHIN I'm hoping that Doc Ock didn't actually die. I hate how they keep killing off the villains in Comic movies. Other than that, I loved it. When I heard Willem Dafoe's voice at the end, I nearly got up and cheered. I was thinking they'd **** out on making Harry the green goblin.

Shrek 2
Wow, personally I hurt when I left the theater I was laughing so much, while the first one didn't come close(but was still good)

Who the hell is Black Isle Studio
Personally I think each company had their strengths. BIS liked to focus their games to a target audience(Roleplayers with PST, Dungeon Crawlers with IWD) while BIO likes to try to cater to everyone in every game. IMO that made BIS better because they never claimed things that weren't true. They claimed PST was deep and edgy, it was. They claimed IWD was a fun combat based dungeon crawl, it was. BIO claimed NWN was a great roleplaying experience, it was a hack and slash action-RPG. I think BIS fans would stop complaining about Bioware games if they just told the truth about them instead of trying to make them sound better than they are. Personally I liked them, but was very disappointed after all the hype, something that never happened when I played a BIS game. I think neither company was better than the other, neither company was/is a wannabe, they both just did things differently. I preferred the BIS approach of focusing on niches to BIOs approach of trying to appeal to everyone(jack of all trades, master of none), but thats just my opinion.

Canadian Federal Election
Its called precedent. They make decisions based on interpretation of the written law, which is their job, and every case after that is judged based on that first case. Its how its worked for hundreds of years and seems like a good system to me. Edit: Well, Liberals managed to beat the Conservatives. Excellent. Unfortunately the Conservative MP beat out the NDP candidate in my riding by 0.4%

They should have given it the same treatment as the Alien movies got.- Next Project
Breath of Fire, Suikoden, and Dragon Warrior VII were the only ones I could think of with that kind of thing. Though Breath of Fire started to go downhill with the whole Fairy town thing. BoF2 did it best in the series. I like the way Suikoden does it, though I'd like a bit more customization.- Sith Tattoos!
Again... the tattoos are a Zabrak thing, not a Sith thing.- Is the masked guy Darth Nihilus?
why are the page numbers in that link like "Pages- Canadian Federal Election
Well, I'll be on Vacation on election day so I went to the advanced polls and voted NDP. I think it would be really funny if the NDP surprised everyone and got a majority government. Personally I'm hoping for a Liberal/NDP coalition government.- Canadian Federal Election
I'm moving to Vancouver next month. And joke's on you! Ministers are appointed! And yeah, the NDP seem great, they're more green than the greens, more liberal than the liberals, and hate the conservatives. Sounds good to me.- Canadian Federal Election
I know there are quite a few Canadians on the boards and I would just like to know your thoughts on the campaigns and who you're voting for and such. Personally I'm planning on voting NDP. The liberals are too corrupt, though they do have the most sound financial plan for the country, and the Conservatives... well they are pretty much the ideological opposite of everything I stand for.- The Perfect Game
I don't like it.- Which parts of iwd/iwd2/fallout 2 did chris design
I could never beat that group at the end of the holy avenger quest without cheating. One of those guys could take out my whole party.- Next Project
I'd like an RPG that uses most of the neat design choices that Jefferson used. Such as being able to talk to people who are hostile, the epithets, etc. Several factions that give either roleplaying, or material benefits, or both. Reactive world, where your reputation and actions actually mean something. I'd also like the following features: Fantasy RPG: A growing town, one you can contribute to that will grow throughout the game with new immigrants and such, and you can have buildings built there that you would own and be able to customize, giving you something other than magic items to spend all your money on. Rare magic. If you're a wizard, I want people to be awed, I want the magic items you find to be priceless artifacts, etc. The damage you deal should be based on your skill, not how beefed up your weapon is. Sci-Fi RPG: Tech level: more of a Babylon 5 tech level, with jumpgates rather than hyperdrive. Customizable transportation. Be able to customize the look, style, options, etc. of your stronghold vehicle (space ship kinda thing) option to mechanically augment your body, which shows on your avatar. I guess the growing town thing could also apply here, only it would be more like a space station port kind of thing.- The Counter-Factual History Thread
Heres mine. What if the French hadn't aided the 13 colonies in the American Revolution? Or alternately, what if British military hadn't been occupied fighting the french in Europe during the revolution? Also, the way I read it, France started Word War 1. Stupid Canadian history books. - Star Wars Trilogy DVD Trailer
