I have a problem. When changing the color of Armor in the Armor Set window, certain armor types like full plate 0 and the cool leather one with all the pouches and such thats the default for Bards, unless you change the color in the Tint section of the properties, and not in the Armor Set properties, it just reverts back to the tint colors. This should be fixed. Also, when changing parts such as shoulders, shins, ets. it resets the camera view whenever you switch parts. This is annoying as the default camera view is not very functional. Also, the default light in preview windows should be in front of the subject, not behind, as where it is now just makes the whole front covered in shadows and you can't see what anything looks like.

Has anyone else lost sleep because of this game? I've probably lost a total of like 14 hours sleep since I started. I marathoned it the weekend I got it. Played from 1pm Saturday till 8:30 pm Sunday. And got to the beginning of the ritual of purification. This makes it much longer than KotOR 2, since I did a similar thing with that, only at the end I finished it, and I played again from 10pm-6am and just got passed the beginning of chapter 3.

Well, I was level 16 as an Aasimar before being able to join the Neverwinter Nine, I assume the shadow thieves is similar.

So I have a question: Is there a way to join the city watch, AND or do I have to join the thieves for that?

I dunno if anyone else has encountered this bug, but with the free camera mode, sometimes when I'm rotating the camera the whole screen goes black. To fix it I have to go into a different camera mode and move my character to a new location, because once it goes black, you can't do anything in free camera mode.

I was on the Gamefaqs forums a couple hours ago and someone had posted a thread on how NWN1 was so much better than NWN2, and pretty much every other person there told him he was a moron. Good job guys.

I'm not really annoyed at most of those, I do wish their was an option to invert the mouse for camera control though. And I guess the needing to drag inventory items was annoying at first, but I think I can get used to it. I played for like 2 or 3 hours last night and just couldn't get used to the camera though.

Maybe your emulation software is running as a Windows service, or a driver, so it won't be visible in the task manager. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Turned out I was just doing it wrong. I was just closing Daemon Tools, I had to actually disable my virtual drives. I figured closing the program would have done the same thing, but nope. Been playing it ever since. Only complaint: Needs an option to invert the mouse/camera interface. I keep trying to move the camera one way, but it moves the opposite direction I want it to.

Ok, game is patched, still asks for my utilities disc then tells me to disable my disabled emulation software. EDIT: After a restart... now it only bitches about my nonexistant emulation software.

It whined that it needed my DVD labelled Utilities. Which is a burn I made a while back. So I jammed that in, it said it needed the NWN2 play disc, so I did that too, then it whined about my emulation software, so I disabled it, and its still whining about it. Hey OE devs, any way to bypass the copy protection on this? It would be nice to play the game I spent 75 bucks on. EDIT: Figured maybe it was me installing the merchants friend thing that made me unable to patch, and that the failed patch was what made it ask for a disc that it shouldn't know exists. So I reinstalled. Patch failed. Still asks for my Utilities disc. EDIT2: Ok, the official forums say I need like 7 gigs of free space to patch the game, so I freed up as much as was possible and we'll see if it patches.

Well, the copy protection won't let me play the game. So it looks like I need to find a no-cd patch or something. And the autopatcher tells me to download the critical rebuild... which isn't available.

Yeah, each opening vignette or however you spell it was like 30 seconds long. Basically, they were just different reasons for being in the area.

There was one guy who was awesome, He had this really unique style on his interiors, kind of like he took the western anime style, then did a bunch of crack, but then his covers have like 500 different styles. He did the Wild Things hulk cover, as well as the Hulk Puffs cover, and that spider-man cover where he's riding a lightning bolt. Can't remember his name. Edit: Remembered. I second that. At first I wondered how the hell he was even nominated for best artist on the Spike TV Scream Awards... then I realized it was a Spike TV awards show. They are the kings of great idea for awards shows but not executing it with any sort of proficiency. I mean why advertise it as an awards show for Horror, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Comics, when they don't even tell you who the winners are in the comics categories, and the sci-fi and fantasy winners are revealed in a commercial break buffer. But yeah, Frank Quitely is possibly the worst "artist" in comics today.

If it gets Mario RPG, I'm sold.

Yeah, bothers the hell out of me in Sims and Civ 4 with its instant shift to windows, but then the game has to load for 5 minutes when you shift back to the game.

My EB had a shipping error, so they haven't gotten their shipment yet and won't for the next couple days. I have bad luck with Preorders. I've preordered 3 games so far, and I haven't gotten any of them on release day. Which is what I figured the point of preordering was.

I find it odd that so far for Nintendo's console, there are more Sega games I would play than Nintendo ones. Sonic, Altered Beast, Golden Axe, Gunstar Heroes, Toe Jam & Earl... these are classics. And for SNES we get Sim City?

Too bad I already have all the trades. The thing about old comics is that they have horrible colouring, with all the pinks and bright blue night skies and such, so all new colouring sounds awesome. Anyway, I just got the first trades of Fables, and Ex Machina. I'll likely pick up the rest when I have the money. Especially Fables.
