My girlfriend paid $1300 for a Dell with half those specs. So the price on that isn't that bad at all.

Its hilarious over here, we have all sorts of East Indian people here, they're our gangstas. So its hilarious seeing these east indians, dressed like stereotypical black gangstas, listening to their crazy indian music while they drive, bobbing their heads like it actually has a beat.

Know what would solve all these problems? Universal Health Care. If people didn't have to worry about paying hundreds of dollars if their kid gets hurt, no one would bother with suing people for medical costs.

I'm just pissed that they're pulling out all references to religion in a movie adaption of a book about a war against god.

I just want to play a Blood Elf Paladin. I like Paladins, but I much prefer Horde, so that will be a big bonus. I just need to find some people to play with. I cancelled my account because the only people I knew who played all had level 60 characters and didn't want to bother hanging out with my level 12 orc warlock.

Little known fact: In Canada, Canadian Bacon is known as... Ham. It was funny, I was in the US a while back and we went for Pizza, and the place we were at had the "Canadian" which was pineapple, and canadian bacon. Here, we call that a Hawaiian.

Theres a part of islam called Hajib, which pretty much states that a woman must act and dress modestly in public. Some communities take that a little more seriously than others. Basically, they can't dress like teenage north american girls, but wearing a long skirt and high cut blouse would be just as acceptible as a burka. Burkas by the way are pretty much exclusive to Afghanistan. So the head scarves aren't required. They're just some people's interpretations of hajib.

I think its ratings are well deserved. Its one of the better shows in a while. I guess we really needed that reality show period. It made all those out of work writers really try hard when it started to wane. I used to have like 1 show a week I'd really make sure I watched. Now I have like 5.

Well, usually you don't hook CD players up to your TV, so that might be your first problem. Unless you actually mean DVD. In that case, make sure you have the right cables in the right jacks. We had the whole red picture problem over here and it turned out that one of the component cables was either loose or in the wrong jack. Can't remember which.

I have big hands, so I had to try to find the biggest mouse I could find. So I got this great big fancy logitech with a thumb groove because on regular mice my thumb kept accidentally hitting the navigation buttons. It was the best 60 bucks I've spent. Everyone else who uses my comp complains that my mouse is too big.

Funny thing too, she gets wasted by the same guy both times. I think she stayed dead because with the stick or whatever still in her head, her brain couldn't regenerate as the stick thing was taking up the space he brain needed to take up to heal. Once it was out, she healed again. Though I don't know why the rest of her body wouldn't have healed anyway while she was being cut open. Also, why would they have left that in her head while examining the rest of her? My guess is it wasn't an autopsy. I think her "dad" was using the opportunity of the stick-in-the-head coma to check out how she ticks.

2nd season will be the last. Which is disappointing. I guess they must be going to end it with Octavius becoming the first emperor.

Which isn't the case with new BSG, which has excellent acting and a plot that just keeps getting better and better leaving you wanting more at the end of every episode. Theres a reason its regarded as the best show on TV by critics and fans.

Saw The Departed last night. Very good movie. Usually movies with that many big name actors in them suck hard, but it was very good. The more I see of DiCaprio, the more I like him.

Yeah, the main problem is crossguards. There are some decently simple blades and hilts, but all the crossguards are weird looking. Once there are some 3rd party mods of some normal looking longswords and scimitars, I hope someone finds out how to change the base game blueprints so I can get rid of those stupid looking scimitars and longswords. And its not even just the longswords and scimitars. Falchions look dumb, as do Bastard Swords and Greatswords. Though there are some better looking options for those two than there are for Longswords and Scimitars. Positive note though, the Rapiers look awesome.

I was just really disappointed in the film. It was hyped up as this amazing movie, then I saw it and it was boring, with little to no plot, boring characters, and just generally not a very interesting film. It may be well acted and well directed, but that doesn't redeem a terrible script. Like Lost in Translation, well acted, well directed, but a script that shouldn't have been turned into a fully fledged movie to begin with.

if they make an export plugin for XSI I just might do that.

Since I can't edit my post anymore, here's an addendum. I just went through all the weapons in the toolset... and the only bladed weapons that don't look retarded, are the Rapiers. Which look awesome. I hope when the full game is released that some standard looking weapons will be included. You know, like Scimitars that look like Scimitars, Falchions that look like Falchions, Longswords that don't look like death evil spike magic custom longswords, etc. I want a longsword that looks like this: or a scimitar that looks like this: But theres nothing even close to these generic designs in the toolset, so I'm hoping its just an oversight and some standard weapon graphics are added with the final game. Otherwise I'm going to have to make all my characters use rapiers so they don't look like they glued a bunch of nails to their weapons.

All I could find in the toolset for weapon graphics were the crazy spikey fancy ones. I wanted just a simple longsword, but no, they don't have simple longsword graphics.

I disagree. Whenever I make a paladin, he tends to use either longswords or bastard swords. My greatsword using characters tend to be either barbarians or standard fighters.

Taxi Driver wasn't very good, thats why. Kundun all the way baby.

I tried making the mayor's house/town hall a more modern/imposing house, but it just looked out of place.
