WarCraft movie is getting slaughtered by critics

I'm down. Either that or Warhammer 40k, I just want me some space marines in power armor. -
I hate that feminist and SJW have made me think that any exposure to black and female characters is far leftist propaganda. Even should it be a heartfelt and honest action....that said she is both female and black and later we will probably learn that she's also disable or some such. Someone should really come up with a SJW checklist for character traits. I feel the same. There was a Scotiabank commercial I saw the other day where an interracial couple was seeing their minority banker to see if they had enough money for the man to stay at home with the kid while the woman worked and all I could think of was "LEFTIST UTOPIA PROPAGANDA!" 2 years ago I wouldn't have batted an eye at it, but now all I see is pandering.

Its also not so much free trade that is what people are against, its the provisions in the agreements that are forced on signatories. The TPP forcing awful US copyright law on all signatories, penalizing sovereignty, etc. Free trade deals should be about tariffs and thats it.

Problem is, there's no due process in being put on the no fly list, so legally it's meaningless. If they actually went to a judge and asked someone to be placed on the no gun list, that may be legal, like they do with mentally incompetent. In other news, shooter probably a homosexual himself: http://m.palmbeachpost.com/news/news/orlando-shooter-omar-mateen-was-gay-former-classma/nrfwW/ I thought it might have something to do with self-hatred. If he is, i wonder how many joining ISIS are. Gotta be a whole lot of bum-bum-fun over there. Nah, they only do little boys, if they haven't reached puberty yet they don't count as men so its not gay.

Paying for influence. Is the US really carrying that many? As in the US military is there just for those nations not for any strategic interest of the US. NATO requires member nations to spend 2% of GDP on defense, only 5 meet that, the US, Greece, Estonia, Poland, and the UK. They don't need to spend as much to stay safe because the US provides so much.

Do baby cows not matter to you? You monster!! Seriously though, if you're always taking the high moral ground at the very least try to hide your sins. I mean you're just inviting Volo to bugger you about how horrible you are for eating young animals. Do you think most members on this forum care about the plight of young cows and or sometimes the cruelness about where Veal comes from Talking about eating meat. one of the brothers after being a vegetarian for the last 25 years or so has no decided he is going vegan !!! I think people who take this extreme step are doing it for attention, also becoming Vegan is something that only people who have money to waste would do it ...in most third world countries the average citizen cant afford to become vegan I now find a chuckle from people going Vegan to avoid damage to animals. In one of the Joe Rogan podcast the subject came up and the argument that they displace a lot of the habitats of wild animals because of these organic farms that are exclusively vegan. Or how there have been experiments that some plants and fungi have sentience. Yes thats my brothers reason for now becoming vegan....he says its about cruelty to animals? I want to research more about Joe Rogan because if that is true about the organic farm that is exactly the type of story I love sharing with my brother because he thinks his lifestyle choice is ultimately going to benefit the planet Pretty much every major Vegan spokesperson has had to go back to eating some sort of animal products at some point because the human body can't survive long term on only plants. You need to supplement with eggs or something to get essential nutrients. We are omnivores, not herbavores.

This is the type of criticism I dont understand....why is a photo with Hilary and and another women holding doughnuts considered funny or strange? Sigh. Look at the donuts and think of the female reproductive system. Okay thanks for explaining, I still dont see any humor in the photo but we all have different things that amuse us Do you actually hang out with other men? Like childhood friends? Just curious. No I dont ? Why do you think that matters...what would I gain That explains a lot.

When I think 'black nerd' I think Steve Urkel. The only other one who springs to mind is Carlton from Fresh Prince. It's fair to say that I am sadly bereft of up to date ethnogeek stereotypes. Can't say that I would particularly like to play either in a game, though Urkel's catchphrase might be appropriate at certain points. My favourite black nerd

The Signal and the Noise... Talking about creative interpretation of data. But hey, the Golden State Warriors broke the all time wins record at 73 this past season. But you know what, they won 22 games where they didn't blow out their opponent by 10 points. Let's move those victories into the tie column since they were so close. So in essence, the Warriors only won 51 games this year... Here are the facts and my noteworthy interpretation of the data. Hillary Clinton currently has 2,203 pledged delegates to Bernie Sanders's 1,828. It's worth noting that the margin of victory is almost 400. Clinton won 33 contests. Sanders won 23. It's worth noting that this is a double digit victory. Clinton received 16,015,681 votes. Sanders 12,287,030 votes. It's worth noting that the margin of victory is almost 4 million votes. Clinton won 55.6% of the vote. Sanders won 42.7%. It's worth noting that the margin of victory is almost 13%. Guys these are the facts, can we focus on the Clinton victory and at least try to recognize the historical victory? Very few people on this forum have celebrated the fact the Clinton nomination has set a historical precedent. This is the first time a women has been nominated for a major US political party, I may need to repeat this for maximum emphasis " This is the first time a women has been nominated for the US president " ..... This is a huge and visible step for gender equality amongst other things, I can't speak for other white males but I have to say when I look at who represents us in the current US system and I see Trump I get embarrassed that Trump somehow has become the person who is " going to make the US great again " .. Anyway I would be supporting Hilary anyway even if I was a US citizen and I look forward to her 4 years as president But guys back to the original point...can we show a little enthusiasm for the Clinton nomination and what its represents for the positive social changes we are seeing throughout the USA? Greens have nominated a woman twice before. This is only historically significant for the Democrats.

Condolences Tale. Kids got ahold of some Vim kitchen cleaner because the wife didn't put it back when she was done. Proceeded to spray our wall of photos from Fan Expo. Most now have discoloured splotches and one is fully ruined. The one I am most angry about is my autographed photo of me with Stan Lee. Thats like a $100 irreplaceable photo, kids won't even own up which one of them did it.

You still think Trump can beat Hilary? There is no chance of that ...I thought we were all in agreement on that political reality ? Johnson may be the wild card here. If he gets more media attention and hits that 15% in the polls which gets him into the debates he might draw off voters from both sides, as he's small government and socially liberal. Since generally the winner in the normally 2 way race wins by around 1%, which voters he draws could decide the election.

I always thought the left/right divide was more about centralized vs decentralized government.

TMNT Out of the Shadows. Way better than the first. Karai is kinda pointless, Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady are pretty much perfect, the turtles aren't supporting characters in their own movie. Overall if you are a ninja turtles fan you should enjoy it. Elias Koteras' Casey Jones was perfect in the first live action adaption, was not surprised Stephen Amell didn't live up to it.

Helped a neighbour move a washer and dryer. Was out of breath for like a half hour and ripped my work shorts. Was paid in butter tarts. AMAZING butter tarts. I may eat the whole batch, ensuring I'm out of breath for 45 minutes next time.

As an enthusiast of Jane Austen movies and mini-series, how hard am I going to fall for this? It's a campy blend of two totally different genres. Just go with it. My wife loves Jane Austen and thought this was silly but fun. Did they treat it like an apocalypse, or just treated zombies like part of everyday life like in the book? Part of the charm of the book was how the zombie apocalypse was kinda second fiddle to aristocratic affairs.

They built up Lilith only to kill her in a random episode, so stupid. This season dealt with the Darkness, God's sister who he locked away in order to create the universe. Upcoming season looks like its dealing more with the Men of Letters, which is one of the better concepts they have come up with post-season 5.

I don't remember Lothar being all that likeable anyway

Do you have any sources that countries have done such thing as official declaration, and not just some politician speaking poppy****. Like for example there are Russian politician that tell every year how Russia will reclaim Finland, but that is quite far from Russia itself threatening to reclaim Finland. http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSKCN0W50PN The Gibraltar one seems to be a few speculatory statement by the Spanish foreign minister taken as fact by several publications

Muslims don't have the capacity for self criticism. Have you ever seen a Muslim country ever recognize their atrocities? Several white christian countries have apologized for slavery, despite being the ones to end it at great expense of lives and money, and having like 600 fewer years involved in it and with far better conditions than slaves in the muslim world.

http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/jun/16/donald-trump-mexico-presidential-speech-latino-hispanic Yes he did There used to be a time when the use of generalizations was intended to speed up discussion because most people understand when you say "mexico is sending their rapists and drug dealers" you don't mean every mexican is a rapist and drug dealer. Because its quicker than saying "a great number of illegal mexican immigrants are at a higher rate than American citizens engaging in criminal activities such as drug dealing and rape". Mexico actually releases instruction booklets on how to better your chances of illegal immigration to the US. So while he may have just said mexico is sending them as rhetoric, but its actually true. So really when you have a crime ridden impoverished nation supporting their poor and criminal to leave the country for its rich neighbour illegally , how is a wall out of the question?

Spain threatened to close the border with Gibraltar, I've seen some sources say they threatened to retake it, but I doubt that. France threatened to let migrants cross the channel unopposed.

Surly this highly irresponsible behavior wouldnt be a reason for people to suddenly vote Trump? I would imagine people who burn the US flag would be in the minority? It doesn't matter Bruce. People largely don't put a lot of effort into researching who to vote for. They just watch the news and see the people opposed to Trump burning American flags, waving Mexican ones, beating up Trump supporters, and hearing "Make America Great Again" "Deport illegals stealing jobs from Americans" "Make the people who benefit from our military either meet their obligations or pay for our protection" and think Trump is the sane one.

This must be one of the most inaccurate posts you have ever made? You trolling I assume Lets keep it simple....is there one thing in this post that is true? Well, several EU nations have threatened retaliation if the UK leaves. Likely because if they leave they won't be the last.
-
Yes, I must recognize I underestimated this whole dislike of the governmental structures that the EU enforces in the UK I expect people to only be concerned about the potential economic impact but I see many UK citizens have raised some valid issues with what you mentioned The out vote seems to be more about sovereignty than economics Bruce. People want control over their future, and in the EU they don't have that.

The season that just ended was actually pretty good. They had to make up for the atrocious last season
