In the middle of transitioning to our new warehouse management system. So far its a disaster. The pickers are being directed everywhere except where the product should be picked from, orders take twice as long to close as they do to pick, we now have to weigh each individual carton instead of the order as a whole. Its a mess. Our sales numbers are down by almost half, customers are complaining, and we can't even receive most of our shipments because the main branch isn't online yet so we have to do some stupid hybrid of the new system and old system to receive. We have had a shipment on the floor for two weeks that we can't put away because we don't know how to enter it into the system. Our boss keeps making promises to head office we all know we can't keep too. We have a backload of 10 shipments we need to receive, and he said it would be done by friday. Normally we can get between 1 to 1.5 shipments a day away, but the new system its more like half a shipmemt a day. So he is promising that we can get two weeks worth of work done in a week.

Any sort of position with "Diversity" in the name is meant to find ways to advantage non-whites. They often hold events that exclude white students, etc. A hugbox is any sort of environment where opinions not shared by the group are kept as far away as possible, and any member is immediately attacked if they share an opinion contrary or any sort of sympathy for people who hold contrary opinions to the group. Hollywood is a left-wing hugbox. Actors/directors/producers/etc. who are openly conservative often find it hard to get work, as the people in authority frown on those opinions.

If anyone has any ultraviolet or Disney Movie Rewards codes lying around, send them this way. Especially the DMR codes. Use those points for free gifts for the offspring.

No, haven't seen the Equalizer. My time for watching movies is extremely limited nowadays, so I generally only watch sci-fi and fantasy movies (including superhero stuff) as they are my favourite kind. My 20s was the heyday of my movie watching. Lots of free time, a video store with 99 cent dvd rentals, ahh that was the life.

Oh my hat that is so weird, I watched The Equalizer a few months ago and I can say it is one of the best movies I have ever seen. It draws you in and when that Russian clean-up person arrives you are captivated ....very good movie and I couldn't remember its name but now I do Have you seen Man on Fire and Fallen ...both very good Denzil movies Man on Fire was great. I think my favourite Denzel movie is Virtuosity though. Russel Crowe being manic and charismatic instead of dour. Fantastic.

His comments on Japan are odd. Japan can't have a proper military due to the constitution imposed by the US, and as a result the US is obligated to defend Japan. Japan is the US' responsibility until Japan ammends their constitution and builds a proper military. Which I hear is likely due to China. South Korea on the other hand needs to up their game. Though I remember reading somewhere that they have trouble recruiting due to the belief the US will handle their defense.

OK, I haven't been excited about a DC movie since Dark Knight, but WW looks fantastic. JL I'm a little more reserved on. Zack Snyder has shown so far that he just doesn't get the DC characters. I like that they gave Aquaman the dye job, so he has semi-blonde hair, kinda wish they had done the same with Barry. I don't hate Ezra Miller as much as I thought I would so thats good though. I don't know what I think of Cyborg. He just looks odd. The Flash costume looks ass too.

The New Defenders were formed by The Beast. That one formed after Dr. Strange, Hulk, Namor and Silver Surfer have to stop being The Defenders or else cause the destruction of the world. The Last Defenders were formed by Nighthawk (initially with Tony Stark as part of the 50 State Initiative, later without Stark or government approval). The Fearless Defenders were formed by Valkyrie (but it was really more of a spin-off of the FEAR ITSELF: THE FEARLESS mini, than a continuation of previous Defenders stuff). So there is precedence for non-Strange formed teams. I guess they could use Daredevil as a Nighthawk replacement. I can't see them ever having Nighthawk in the MCU as he is literally just Marvel's Batman. Though it would be interesting to see them do a Squadron Supreme movie and have it outperform the Justice League one.

There has been a lot of different Defenders teams, but the one constant was Dr Strange was the one assembling them. They can put whoever they want on the team as long as Dr Strange is involved in their creation. 2 minute cameo is all he needs.

I have to be honest that story sounds difficult to believe....how can murder be an accident ? And we have 50 murders a day in SA so its not a big deal to report on this type of event What probably really happened with them is there neighbors were murdered ....and that act alone made them decide to immigrate. I dont have issues with white people immigrating because of the high crime or low education levels but the reality is white people implemented Apartheid for 50 years and we all lived happily through that not but now as a country we have to deal with the social consequences of that 50 years and high crime is one consequence....crime and murder is much higher within the black community So I feel white people should at least try and fix things They were rural. My understanding is white farmers being murdered for their land is not as uncommon as it should be down there.

We have a family of white South Africans living in our co-op. They left SA after one of their neighbours was murdered in their home by a group of blacks and the police labeled it an accident.
