The LAST Fantasy RPG I have purchased was NWN2 and all expansions. I have not purchased or bought: The Witcher (Not interested in b00bie Cards... Now if it had HAWT GUYS....) Drakonsang... or whatever it is called. bleh Gothic 3.... Seriously. PB WTH? That's all I can think of that has been released since NWN2 + Expansions. I don't plan on buying anything fantasy wize. Alpha Protocol looks............................. interesting. And there is no FRACKING Elves, Dragons etc.... <3 <3 I REALLY WANT MY FRACKING ALIENS RPG!!!!!!! *SHAKES FIST AT SEGA*

I highly doubt it is another MMOG. In the same logic that EA used with canceling Ultima Online 2. In that you really should not mess with your Cash Cow. A NEW IP would be refreshing. But I doubt that. It is most likely ANOTHER Warcraft or StarCraft game. Which bleh... I'm not interested in. Guess we shall see.

Ya know.... I want to be really excited about Dragon Age, but after playing Mass Effect... I kinda stopped getting excited about Bioware games. I know this is Bioware's "Flag Ship" title, so I'm sure they are determined to make this the best title possible. I'm just going to stay on the fence for this title. I am SO SO SO sick of Fantasy RPG's.... But that's what sells. ugh.

In Ultima VII - The Black Gate, if you did not CAREFULLY WALK to Minoc, the "Murder Scene" there would not happen. Which is plot stopping (IIRC). This is however fixed i you just play Ultima VII with Exult.

If SoZ had the same budget as IWD, imagine the possibilities. But it did not. Given the low budget for SoZ, I think Obsidian did an outstanding job. If Atari could approach Obsidian with a little more bigger budget for say NX3 (About the same as MotB), this could be quite awesome. I doubt that is going to happen however.

That all belongs to Zenimax/Bethesda now.

My OEI Wishlist: - OEI version of WoD would be fracking awesome. - NWN3 with a new engine! - BGIII - Fear in the Ork's Eye technology! - KotoR III - Shadowrun - D&D 4th ED Game Though, my gut tells me Atari already approached CDProjeckt for either BGIII or NWN3 or a 4th ED D&D Game... or all 3. KotoR III would be awesome, But I don't think it's going to happen. Shadowrun would be cool as well, though OEI would need to get to know M$, as they own the license, and M$ would probably require it be a 360 exclusive. Lastly, none of the 2 WoD games (Redemption and Bloodlines) never sold that well, nor warranted an expansion for either one. Which makes me a sad panda. White Wolf and Activision are probably not too excited to try another WoD game.

Some scenes from my Vampire the Masquerade: Redemption play-through. I was quite surprised you can actually play this game in a 1280x1024 resolution. WORST INTRO IN TEH HISTORY OF GAMING! It is sooooooooooooooooo bad. Venturing forth into Prague by night! Bootlicks and toadies! I hate this place.

Comparing SoZ to Baldur's Gate is utterly ridiculous.

I don't know why, but I have a craving to re-play Vampire the Masquerade: Redemption. Not the worlds greatest RPG but one of the FEW RPG's in that setting. If only OEI could do a VTM game...

Hmmm a OEI version of World of Darkness setting would totally rock. Shadowrun would equally be awesome as well. Though that license is now owned by M$. A Post Apocalyptic setting would also be cool, of OEI's own design.
