Being professional is less about the admiration of others and more about self respect, if you're a good journalist you're going to end up stepping on some toes and be on the receiving end of someone's anger more than once.

Spider-Woman's ass in that variant cover. It wasn't drawn by Frank Cho, it was therefore substandard. On the topic, I would really prefer if we stay out of this firefight. IDK where Obsidian stands on this issue but let's not give anyone (SJWs) cause to complain. Also I would like us to be able to keep the Pretty Woman thread going.

I'm sorry, but what do we actually discuss in this thread?

I have been interested in Ciphers since they were mentioned. I have one question; the concept art had them performing some sort of telemetry, do they have extra interaction with objects? e.g: talk to them

That's a good thing, I hope (potential buyers/supporters I hope)

The thing about jobs is that is a lot like having a water drought, is not that there is not water is just that is on a different place. This transition towards a globalized economy has pushed jobs away from the people who now lack the means to reach them. I'd imagine (hope) that there are people investing on high speed transports to fix this issue.

An upgraded edition with even more extra content called Golden? Anyway, I'd argue both games have enough pros and cons to outweigh each other to the point where I can't say which game is better. 3 had a better story and the development of acquiantance to friends between the main characters felt somewhat more authentic and consistent. 4 had an excellent cast though, where I felt there wasn't a single character who was out of place, or annoying, and even some really fascinating and well written ones like Naoto or Kanji. Golden is in my Top Super-Star-Tag-Team-Best-Games-of-All-Time though since it packed more content and Persona 3 FES lacked the proper gameplay upgrades of the Portable version, the female route, whereas Portable didn't have the superior story presentation and epilogue from FES. Also, Persona 2 is an excellent game, despite its more.. "whacky" premise of Space Hitler -- The-Infinite-Gravity-Defying-Son-of-Zeus, aliens such. Ignoring that it was an incredible game like most of the Megami Tensei franchise. Anyway, I think it's cool he did the reference to Persona. It can only be positive knowing Laidlaw has gamed some good JRPG titles with love stories subtlety integrated into it. Huh, I didn't know about Golden. Maybe I will check it out? Still, Nocturne >Raiden 1&2 >>>>Persona series

Which I deduct because is Persona 4 instead of the infinitely superior 3. Disagree, Persona 4 > Persona 3 IMO. 3 was so good it got an updated edition with extra content, what does 4 have?

Adult females overthrown teen males as largest gaming demographic
Orogun01 replied to Bryy's topic in Computer and Console
I don't think so, women play games as a way to spend time while waiting for a response on her tweets or facebook posts. Manly men do the same with forum posts, but they're manly posts. -
I just know that their focus on relationships is bad for the game, because there is no possible way that they plan everything beforehand and they have to fix things on the fly.
-
Modding will fix that maybe, could be that once modding gets through with the game everyone will look good and be romanceable. ****, I still remember that Bethany mod.

Guys, I think we broke Bruce. Don't change please, we need our own resident SJW otherwise we're a homogeneous community of guys that pretend to be Russian and communist.

It has become game related as soon as it got out that some of her dalliances were with her boss and members of the gaming media that put her on the public radar. More over there is another scandal about boards and website censoring any topic related to it and the fact that she has used her relationships to further her career. It also puts the entire SJW journalism thing under the microscope since now we don't know who else has done this. Also; being Bruce is suffering. Initially I was going to say "you guys are just raising this to try to undermine the feminism movement" but then I researched this event a bit further and read this excellent article http://www.geekenstein.com/what-qualifies-zoe-quinns-personal-life-as-gaming-news/ So what is wrong is not that she slept around, its the fact she claimed to be totally against cheating on your partner, and she espoused this as one of foundations of the feminist cause. She is a hypocrite and is the same as those ministers who are opposed to homosexuality and say things like " all gays must burn in the fires of hell " and then later they are caught with a male prostitute. So she has no more credibility IMO. But don't let this taint the greater cause of feminism, there is still good and relevant work many people in the movement do The problem is that these are some of the people and websites that have championed the movement within the industry and now that their character comes into question their whole work comes into question. I also love the bit about the contest to get more women into making games that she sabotaged. Honestly Bruce, I do respect your opinions even if I don't agree with them but I've always though you had been backing the wrong horse. These people are the worst champions that your cause could possibly have. You should throw your name on the next election for SJW king; support BruceVC!

How many times has that government been ousted since this whole thing began?

I don't think that's even its worst problem because Aang wasn't a strong character initially but he served a purpose in the story as he was our anchor. Also there was an overarching plot whereas Korra's seem to be thinly representing social issues and just crashing through the series. The reason why I disliked it is because every character that was infinitely more interesting than Korra was put on the bench in order for the writers to do nothing with Korra. Or worse they actually agree with her. Is like that Wolverine thing, people like him even though he's a mass murdering psychopath and everyone knows it but no one stops him or antagonizes him. Basically I can't for the life of me figure out a reason why everyone stays around Korra.

I don't know how but I went from reading about Jon Voight condemning Penelope Cruz and Javier Valdez letter about Israel to how the actual story of Israel is different from how the media has portrayed Zionism since 1946 and all the bad things they've done in achieving the state. Somehow that ended up with the fact that US police departments have taken seminars with Israeli police; even so far that the NYPD apparently has an office on Israel, and that the excuse was to learn counter-terrorism but in actuality they were learning tactics used in the suppression of the public used by the Israeli forces. Same tactics that apparently are being used in this case.
