Some countries put the limit at 12, some at 20. I would definitely call that arbitrary. I can't. But why not let the minor undergo a psych evaluation to see if any harm has been done? If both parties were in on it and the minor is deemed mature enough to take responsibility for their own actions, what harm has been done? There was a case in Sweden recently where an 18 year old boy had sex with his 14 year old girlfriend (age of consent is 15 in Sweden) and it ended up in court. I can't remember what happened, but that's a case where I would show lenience.

It's a bit funny how so many people get stuck on that arbitrary number that says when you can or can't have sex with someone. It's a number. It wasn't chosen by god. Ageing past it doesn't automatically mean you're mentally prepared to start your sex-life, and there's nothing that says there aren't some people who are ready before that.

I don't think it is a video card problem since the problem doesn't occur during gaming (which would surely reveal bad video memory very quickly). Because the problems occur when the computer tries to come back from sleep mode, I'd guess you have a motherboard/BIOS problem. I would first go through all my BIOS settings to see if there's anything related to hardware sleep mode that can be fiddled with. I had a similar problem myself a while ago. My computer killed all USB ports when going into sleep mode and it never revived them when coming back. I solved that by updating my BIOS and (after a little help from Gigabyte's excellent support) changing a few settings in BIOS.

Challenges work well in Red Dead Redemption so I see no reason why it wouldn't work in Fallout: New Vegas.

I hate this argument. Why on earth are you comparing games to movies? Hey, try it with a book! A book costs like $20 and it lasts for up to 100+ hours. Gee, suddenly the deal isn't looking so good, is it? It's so pointless to try to compare different media this way. Is 10 hours of entertainment worth $50 for you? I saw a first half filled with dives from both teams. I also saw Robben miss two break-aways, Robben getting a yellow card for shouting at the ref and Spain scoring a suspicious goal. All in all a pretty disappointing final game, but congratulations Spain.

I think it looks rather good. Beautiful and atmospheric. I didn't like the voice of the male character though. I imagine it'll be a very entertaining co-op game.

I'm hanging out on a forum where most people seem to hate Fallout 3 because it's not turn based (ie. input lag means jack ****) anymore.. then I find this thread with the very same people whining about potentially having 150-200ms of input lag in their games.

No problem at all. A common hair-dryer uses something like 1200W. Your computer isn't going to go above 500-600W. Monitors, printers, scanners and such are basically negligible in the grand scheme of power things. I also have all my computer stuff hooked up to one socket. Of course, I have no idea what kind of building standards you have where you live, but in Sweden you can hook up a vacuum cleaner to any wall socket in the house and those can be 2000+ W..
