When Bio tried to do that in a game (and I'm talking very tentatively tried, your character is still referred to as THE CHAMPION in the bloody opening cinematic, even if the rest is more... low-key), the 2nd most common complaint after the "whinemoan, recycled areas, this has never happened befores!" was "dudebro, dis not epic enuff!". S'yeah, safer to stick to volcanic destruction of magical artifacts.

Just checking my facts, the spawns are different/changed because BG2 no longer supported the (semi-randomised) spawning system in BG1 (with it's save and new guys appear features etc.) and not because somebody doing it just felt like rebalancing?

Most of the EA big sport's games go through a crazy development cycle and manage to release a high quality game year in and year out. Each IP is different, but the Madden series and the NHL series implement remarkable changes over the course of 1-2 releases. I've personally been of the opinion that his comments show a serious lack of insight, in general. And yes, I'm having male PMS again, before someone asks.

That's a valid fear, my old Samsung had an issue where it would always stretch any screen to the full width, no matter what the settings were. Happily my new one is better in this way, and I assume it's related to its TV pedigree (necessity of handling 4:3 broadcasts). Think that, if it gives you comfort. While I do realise that the concept of gaming on a TV is abhorrent to a lot of PC gamers, they do roll of the same assembly line, generally. The Samsung model I use starts out as a tv with digital cable and terrestrial tuners and audio, and strips out features until it reaches the model I have, dvi-d+hdcp.

No. Worst game setting since the birth of games. I was struggling to understand ths until I noticed you are from Finland. And having been educated solely by mkreku in this respect I am convinced that Finland essentially IS the wh40k universe.
