have you gotten him the chain gun? That sucker can mow down 5 squads at the same time. I've never tried a ranged commander. I made a ranged guy but he's still lvl 2. He'll probably end up with a heavy flamer, it's just too awesome. And yeah, I gave him a chaingun but right now he's got a sexy claw. Wanna try out the multi-melta too.

The fun thing about both the recruit and veteran modes is that that's where we got to put a lot of what you could think of as our "director's cut" content for the cinematic sequences. The lines or the animation that was a little too over the top or came too close to the 4th wall only has a chance of showing up for veteran players, and recruits have some very solidly funny lines that reference their total lack of experience. Metal Gear Protocol? Play Recruit Hard mode if you dare. As long as there is additional dialogue I'll probably be masochistic enough to play it. +1
