I'm surprised people abroad even drink Stella. It's hardly considered more than sewer water here. I've never been much a fan of Belgian beers. They tend to be too sweet for me. I want more bitter hops and/or richly toasted barley, not something that tastes like some apricots have been rotting in it. Duvel Most Belgian abbey beers have a bitter, blond variant too, as opposed to the dark, sweeter kind. Best beers though are the 'trappist', that are only brewed in abbeys. There are only 7 of those: Orval, La Trappe, Westmalle, Westvleteren, Chimay, Rochefort & Achel. Westvleteren, IIRC, can only be bought directly from the abbey.

And yet we'll still play it for laughs if it's a guy being raped.

Set his tactics to dual-weapon sweep when surrounded. Two-handed fighters were untouchable in my vanilla game. Unlike that useless piece of crap Alistair that always died five seconds after taunting. Armour seems to be doing diddly-squat in the game, no matter how high the number. Maybe there's some kind of damage scaling or a random roll on the armour rating. Who knows. One is better off with high dexterity fighter that doesn't get hit.

Ex-KGB to me still sounds better than ex-actor or failed businessman.

Maybe the UK should simply bail out if they do not like the idea of a European *Union*.

I hope nobody gets it in their minds to LARP this game. But considering games like this one are even made... What's next? A Concentration Camp Manager?

One of the reasons I shelved the game is that for Phenom users as myself, the memory leak would hit after half an hour or so, and increase loading times to five minutes... in the Deep Roads it could even go up to ten minutes. Considering how all the levels just consist of long, narrow corridors between invisible walls, I've really no clue as to why it takes so long to load anyway... apart from horrible coding.

I'm playing Baldur's Gate 2 and ran into a couple of hair-pulling bugs. I did Korgan's quest at level 8 and after beating it after much blood, sweat & tears I checked Korgan's character screen and somehow his THAC0 was 33. Lulz. Luckily I'm playing with a good party & the little bugger will get kicked out soon. But more annoying is that for some reason when Aerie memorizes Protection from Evil 10' radius, it doesn't appear on the quickbar. Same goes for Lesser restoration. I don't want to be forced to replace her with that hag Viconia.
