  1. The European Union?
  2. Just great, you guys made me remember ...
  3. Force Unleashed II? Didn't the sucker kick the bucket at the end of the game? Anyway, I'm sure it'll be another great movie to watch on Youtube.
  4. Huh? Are they re-using Whisper from Fable I?
  5. Burning 300$ million on a game is hard to believe. Did they hire a Hollywood celebrity to voice every NPC in the game?
  6. Spellforce 2 disagrees. Pic or they didn't exist. Click
  7. Spellforce 2 disagrees.
  8. I would definitely have purchased this game if not for Two Worlds 2 (the same goes for FO:NV). So it'll have to wait for the bargain bin.
  9. Yey, more e-drama.
  10. I'm glad they fixed the robotic staring of characters during conversations.
  11. Put in scripted events where a NPC suddenly shows up and removes equipment from your inventory.
  12. Gothic melee combat makes Die by the Sword seem smooth. Melee combat in any action RPG should be like Blade of Darkness (a 2000 game!). But it appears Two Worlds 2 is going this route.
  13. Bloody Mess @ 0:02
  14. IGN UK review
  15. I don't know how it was on release, but Two Worlds rocks with the 1.7 Gig patch. It's probably still **** on console, though. With a better faction system, it would be heaps better than Gothic 3, imo. What I like is that Two Worlds 2 is pretty much the only sequel to a game that's not being "streamlined".
  16. That "protect the truck" segment is the finale of one very long and varied mission that starts with hijacking a zeppelin and features more explosions than the average Michael Bay movie.
  17. Finished the Saboteur. Funny how much I loved this game even though I couldn't even get half way through GTA3... then again the setting is Paris during WWII. It's hard to go wrong with that in my book. It's a pity there won't be a sequel since EA apparently killed Pandemic.
  18. It's the engine. Always the engine.
  19. Two Worlds 2 = game of the year.
  20. Daggerfall has more bugs than Morrowind, Oblivion & Fallout 3 together. And still it is the best Bethesda game.
  21. Isn't she working on SW:TOR and DCU? Anyway, I'd very much to revisit some legendary DS locations like Glacern & Glitterdelve Mines in that engine. I'm also curious to the other playable characters: Elven battlemage, dryad archer, half-giant or dwarven tank?
  22. Engine looks fantastic and shows a lot of promise for future Obsidian games.
  23. Combat is very fast-paced compared to the previous, party based games. But compared to something like Divinity 2 or Hunted: the Demon's Forge, not to mention that other upcoming action game from Ken Rolston & R.A. Salvatore, it's indeed bit of a dungeon "crawl" in the literal sense of the word. I'd vote for an option to jumpflip, cartwheel, etc. to be able to manually dodge enemies. As it is now, all the player characters can do is running around. Then again, from the gameplay video it seems the environments aren't open-world, so the issue with my suggestion is that players would be able to leave the linear path.
  24. On the other hand, it's still a tutorial area. It might be a good idea to not let modern-day gamers tarry too long in the beginning or they might lose interest and go back playing Starcraft 2 Call of Duty.
