NV's choice & consequence went down the drain for me when Vulpes offered me his coin. This was up there with ghoul-Moria from FO3. The few multi-pathed quests the game may have had got lost in the sea of run & fetch quests (really, the game was almost as worse as Gothic 3 in this regard). I don't consider any FO3 quest to be better than Oblivion's Dark Brotherhood & Thieves Guild questline, let alone Shivering Isles & Knights of the Nine main quests. Only thing FO3 really improves is the voice-over. TW2 is a good game made by unpretentious developers that listen to their fans. It actually contains some choice & consequence and quests with multiple paths, which is more than I can say for Oblivion. Not to mention, the world is pretty well-fleshed out as well with books and notes scarred around (at least better than Oblivion).

What was really fun in Fahrenheit was getting the protagonists to mentally break down in various ways. Like that female cop with her claustrophobia.

NWN 1 & 2 didn't have FF on normal difficulty, and in case of these games this was truly a blessing considering the amount of horribly tedious dungeon crawling.

Oblivion's level scaling at least has the saving grace of introducing new enemy types (Daedroths, Spider Daedra, Xivilai, etc) as you level up. In for instance Dragon Age you fight the same enemy types the entire game, with only added HP and damage. Not to mention in DA combat can never be avoided; Oblivion at least has the Invisibility spell.

Is the plot really going to concern Shepard saving Earth? How is (s)he going to send in the cavalry if the Reapers for instance blow up the Charon mass relay, cutting off Earth from the rest of the galaxy? FO3 doesn't really use level scaling, but area scaling. You'll run into yao guai at level 3 if you head to the western part of the map; the higher your level, the higher the chance they'll also spawn in other places.

Drakensang from Bigpoint will be a hack 'n slash browser game. It shares nothing anymore with the previous Drakensangs save the name; they don't even have a TDE license. It's a pity since I was looking forward to how Radon Labs would continue the series.
